Dr. Mack was amazing, but she wasn’t there for a while and the other DDS was ok. The periodontist was extremely pushy and became rude when I didn’t immediately want to take a prescription and instead wanted a second opinion. The hygienists were all friendly and professional. But the the biggest reason for the 2 stars is the back office, my wife and I both had appointments on the calendar that were booked over, almost every time they billed insurance they would swap DDS or other things causing issues, and other issues causing us to spend a lot of time calling back and forth to fix things.

I recently came to Bell Harbour dental for a check up and a cleaning and I had the best appointment. Melissa, my hygienist, has such a soft and gentle touch - even when measuring my "pockets" which I typically hate. I was able to relax in what can often be an anxious situation. She is very knowledgeable and thorough, and took the time to explain to me what I could do to improve my health without making me feel any shame. My teeth felt so smooth and clean afterwards, I love that feeling. I highly recommend Melissa and the whole team at BHD!

I really love this place. Doctor Natalia checked me my teeth and Anna cleaned my teeth. Dora did x-ray. Everything is so gentle, nice. Makes me so comfortable and relax. Previous I had a bad experience in other places and usually they made my teeth bleeding. This time in harbor dental, no bleeding. Made me not scare of visiting dental doctor any more!!! Love this place so much!!
