  I was disappointed my shade of Lancome blushes was not in the store nor could it be ordered as the warehouse had an insufficient stock. When I shop there for other items I cannot find anyone to check me out. Often, I end up taking my items to cosmetics for check out. However, I needed assistance in another department and there was no one to find. They have a serious staff shortage.

  Shopping with the FRAU! Rare store, not very many, cross between DLLRD and KHL. Nice colorful selection of merchandise, more so than the comp. fully automatic entry door, kind of rare. Helpful staff, available and no checkout lines. Enjoy it before it’s gone. Bought everything.

  Poor service. One of the reasons that I shop at Belk is for the Clinique products. My local store rarely has any decent color selection in stock so I ordered online. I received my order but not the Clinique bonus gift. I called and the CSR said he would ship out the gift. Seven to ten days later I still don't have the gift. The promotion is over and they are out of stock. Do your job, do what you promise the customer.

  Normally the staff is wonderful but today everybody was busy working no was able to help me in shoe department. I went in the purse department but had to check out at the make-up counter. I guess they don't have enough workers. The stores was a mess it looked like it was going out of business. Tons of racks with 75% savings total. It really looked like a junk store.

  Pleased with merchandise I saw and looked through. Selected numerous items. The only problem I encountered was lack of staff to check me out and bag my purchases.

  Love this store but the floors were really dirty, had stains everywhere. There was a coffee spill that sat there in the petite section the whole time I was shopping.

  Eric and entire staff on the ball. We enjoy the one on one with staff. We enjoy gwen at estee lauder.she is very helpful. Nice to have her there helping myself pick out the nicest selection of Michael Kors purses.3 also matching wallets. And A wide selection of fragrances 😊 thanks doug and karen

  Great prices on name brand stuff. Good selection of plus sizes as well. Cashiers very helpful finding all sales and coupons available
