Great theatre! Nice seats with stadium seating. Should be noted that seats don't recline and they don't bring you food or drinks in the movie like some other theaters.

I went over to movies over the weekend and had a issues with the food. Asked to speak to manager and she was very rude. Her Name was JOY. My food had hair in it. Long string of black hair. Not once did she say I’ll replace it or refund. She is a terrible manager and when I asked for corporate number she declined.

First time I've been to Beechwood since they added spirits. The theater is very nice, seats comfortable, sound perfect, temperature great and the movie was awesome.

I see movies at this theatre almost exclusively even though there is another theatre closer to my house. The employees are great and since I see movies often many employees know me and I know them. I like the small-town-feel the theatre has and the prices are much cheaper.

The price for the matinee was reasonable and beat out the competition. I was happy about the ticket price, however the price for your entrees are ridiculous. The food wasn't spectacular and there was enough to call it a snack at best. For three entrees and drinks it was $50! That is ridiculous. I will not be back.

I like this Theater, employees are nice enough, a couple PR classes and they could shine right up, but. But the pop corn leaves a great deal to be desired. My suggestion to the owners is; please change vendors or product as I've decided: I can not to spend hard earned funds on very poor and cold, unsatisfying popcorn. Nice Theater though.

Id like to start by saying in my formative youth I lived at your theater, I probably saw 5 movies a month. With that being said I love the remodel, it looks very nice.
The purpose of this email is this weekend I tool my so to see that God Awful movie the power rangers and while they took there seats I went to order food for my family consisting of 1 drink, 2 entrees and 3 condiments for a total of 6 items.I know what your thinking, not to hard to remember that right? After the cashier took my order about 10 minutes later a girl from the kitchen brought up 2 boxes with my food so I grabbed my Drink and food and went to the theater to watch the movie. Of course My wife immidietly asked wheres the condiments? Did you not ask for Ranch and honey mustard for the Chicken fingers? You didn't ask them for ketchup for Logans fries? I said why of course Dear!
I then proceeded to walk Back up to the restaurant area where a group of people had formed (its 730 on a Saturday so of course its a little crowded.like 8-12 people so not that crowded) I then wait 23 minutes.No Im not making that up, I wait 23 minutes so I can re request what I had 33 minutes ago and just when I think hes going to call on me he darts over to the other end of the Bar and takes the order of 2 people who had just walked up. About 3 minutes later the girl from the Kitchen walks out and I request to go and get the other items I had ordered, really I WILL GO AND GET THEM!! Lord knows I do not want to waste another 30 minutes. So in Conclusion please either
A: Hire more staff to assist the Cashier(he was continuously working so Its not like hes lazy)
or
B: Leave Condiments out so Customers can get them there selves.response / report this review -

I am a long time customer having gone here for over a decade. In all that time the theater has been very good on supplying a good movie experience. Nowadays a lot has changed and for the better. The inclusion of a restuarant and bar has really allowed for a better experience by allowing you to bring good quality food and alcohol into any of the theaters. Beyond that the staff is always friendly and quick to help and the entire building is very clean with only the occasional sticky floor from a spilled drink or nacho combo. A definite choice to go to if you want to see a movie.
