  I purchased a new Ford Edge from Beckman earlier in the year. It was a pleasant experience. Brian was great. I have returned twice for routine oil changes. Recently, I had some warranty work. Their service is top notch. Clean service bays, clean waiting rooms, timely service. Service personnel listen to what you have to say. Service management is terrific. Highly recommend Beckman (sales and service).

  Very unprofessional. Had an appointment to come look at a vehicle and when we got there it wasn't even on the lot. We waited for over an hour and the vehicle still hadn't came back. Then the salesman tried to sell us a different vehicle.
