  It's an amazing house for a big family. Very private and the pool and beach are beautiful.

  my friends stayed here - we visited them - for us we like being by the surfing beaches but this place was great for my friends with kids. the pool had all kinds of toys and then we walked 10 steps to the beach with no waves. i guess this part of rincon doesn't really ever get waves. epic spot for families
