I had Ms. Emily Scott as my sales person and she was professional, comical, and understanding. She got me a great deal on a certified pre owned and guided me through the entire process. Mark Vasiloff was a great salesman. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. He was present, but not pushy and did his best to get me out with a new car as quickly as he could. He even bought me lunch when things started to run long. I bought my previous truck at Beach Ford, which lasted me 14 years and in 15 years I'll buy my next truck there as well.
Emily Scott is amazing!!!! Beach Ford is awesome too. Emily really helped me and my husband out and was completely honest throughout the whole process. Going to Beach Ford was a great choice! Lindsey was an amazing saleswoman and explained all the details thoroughly and kept my wife and I right on budget. The sales floor was very clean as was the play area which our daughter loved. I recently had Quick lane service at Beach Ford .The service writer (s) are outstanding the service tech did all fluid changes and my 2008 is like the day I purchased. Don't be fooled by back yard mechanics or jiffy oil stores go to people who know their Lincoln's and fords

I have been to quite a few dealerships before and can honestly say this was by far the best experience. James is a very honest and caring person. He took the time to address all my questions and if he did not know the answer, instead of making up what he thought would sound good, he actually took the time to find the right answer. He was very patient with me and took time to address every concern.
Before this experience, I admit I was one who thought dealerships like to get over on people. However, during general conversation, James explained how Beach Ford genuinely appreciates their customers. I can't speak about all dealerships, but with Beach Ford, He definitely changed my perspective and my experience with Beach Ford validates it.
Took my ST in for an issue with popping while turning the wheel. They inspected the car and told me the issue ( I can't remember exactly) and that they could fix it under warranty however they needed to order the parts. They released my car to me and told me they would go ahead and replace the entire assembly so there is no worry about damage while I drive and wait for the parts to come in. I was also told they would call me when the parts arrive and that it should be within 5 business days. They never called. 2 weeks later I called them to find out my part still wasn't there. 2 weeks after THAT I called to ask what the issue was. Come to find out the service rep that was helping me no longer worked there and that they basically forgot about me. I asked if I could bring my car in that day and they said that I'd have to wait ANOTHER week due to the mechanic being on vacation! I finally dropped the car off and was told it should be done 2 days later and that my warranty would cover my rental till then however if it took longer I would have to pay 30 something dollars a day. 2 days later my car isn't ready because they had to order yet again another part! 2 days after that I picked up my car, i was not charged the extra days on the rental thankfully however after driving only 30 minutes I find out the entire reason I took it in in the first place was not fixed. I still have a popping noise. 5 weeks in total dealing with them has destroyed my confidence in their service team.
Had a great experience a week ago with Sean Murray at Beach Ford in Va Beach! I found the car I was looking for and received great support from Sean in what is usually a very painful process! Sean did such a great job, I wouldn't think twice to refer my friends to him for their car needs.

Chris Outlaw was superb and really knowledgeable about my issue with a battery problem. She spent time listening and troubleshooting my concerns. Terri the driver was safety conscious and very nice to talk to. Good job to all. It is reassuring to have a great service experience for my Ford.
Had a Great experience as a repeat buyer from beach ford. No hassling and everything was very straightforward. My salesman was Manuel and i couldn't ask for more from Beach ford. My car had to be picked up and inspected on a already late day, a tech Named Palmer already gone for the came back and got me on the road. Nothing less than a 5 star experience.
My husband and I love Beach Ford. We have purchased two cars and will always come back. My parents also bought their Expedition from Beach Ford. Manuel was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. There was no BS from anyone and that's what we like. Will definitely be back soon to trade in our Explorer.

A great salesperson is a master of their product. They use that knowledge, with integrity, in order to consider your needs and lead you in the right direction.
I'd recommend Mike Dudley for this reason. He's not a "shark". I can't speak for the other employees at Beach Ford but I hope they all have the integrity that Mike has.
