Decent prices. Needs new sheets and covers, all hotels do. The starchy ones are everywhere it seems like. Clean rooms easy access to interstate

The sweet lady working the front desk was so welcoming. We were close to checkout time when the phone in our room rang and we didn't get a chance to answer it. She came up to check on our well being not run us out, lol. She walked and talked with us to our vehicle. Nice lady. Clean rooms,decent beds. Nothing fancy but clean and that's what matters to us. I will stay here again if in the area. I just wish I could remember her name so I could recognize her in this review. I'll get grief for this surely but she is an African American lady. I hope that's not politically incorrect.

It's quiet, clean, has a small but organized workout area. The staff is friendly and breakfast though simple fare is served in a open area with comfortable seating and national news

The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. A group of younger kids were partying all night and poor Ashland, we were glad you broke up with that boy. He was a whiny little bi**h! You can do better. Thumbs down mostly for the front desk woman. And our head board came off the wall before our pizza arrived. 😒

This hotel is right off the highway close to everything that you're looking for in Topeka. There's nothing special about this hotel. It's pretty worn down. I think the staff does an amazing job of keeping it clean. Kate at the front desk is exactly what you would expect the customer service and area knowledge of a high-end Hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the price.

+ Nice, clean hotel. +Friendly staff +Close to several resturaunt options -Hotel seems older, some peeling paint, etc. -RIGHT off the highway. I was woken up by morning rush hour traffic. -complimentary breakfast is meh. All in all, decent stay for the price. 4/5

The breakfast was what you'd expect, not bad but not too many options. The rooms seemed fairly clean when we got there, but as I was falling asleep a bug crawled across my bed. I only saw the one, but still wasn't a very pleasant experience. I did not swim, but the pool did look nice when I walked by it.

Quality stay for a great price! Our room was clean and comfortable. The bedding is fresh and modern. We had a welcome reception during check-in. Others complained of bugs, while we did not encounter any bugs, I think it is to be expected when rooms are accessed from outside, and not to be seen as a lack of cleanliness. The hotel provided a good breakfast.

Convenient location near interstate and restaurants, slightly better selection for continental breakfast than most motels, clean room and pool. The only negative was that the Wi-Fi didn't work well on laptop and not at all on phones.

The room was clean and well accommodated and most of the staff was very helpful. The only real downfall was the incredibly rude lady at the front desk.

This place really needs work. Wallpaper is peeling, room smelled weird. Appliances are outdated, first room had issues, ice maker is broken. Bed was okay. Breakfast was very meager, waffles, hard boiled eggs, pastries only.

It's starting to show its age. Bed was comfortable. Don't be fooled by free breakfast, unless you haven't eaten in days it's not really something you want to eat. All carbs.. Not close to the type of breakfast I'm used to getting. Will say it was quiet, but probably won't stay there again
