Great pie year round, great apple cider donuts during apple season, pretty good pick your own experience in the fall with lots of apple trees and (paid) hayride around the farm

Battlefield is a yearly experience for our family. We venture out into the orchards to pick apples and/or pumpkins. Then it's back to the store for fresh Apple cider donuts. You can't hold the bag from the bottom because they're so hot and fresh. There's a great bakery inside, baked goods all over the store, loads of fresh and hot cider, plus a selection of fruits and veggies. We love Battleview Orchards!

Very nice day for apple picking! Staff was very nice and welcoming, both at the stand and the store! Great donuts! Yummy cider! Surprised me at the amount of apples left to pick so late in season.. pumpkin prices a little high but apples fresh off the tree can't be beat!

I was tricked and ripped off. Last week I finally got my family to take a trip to the farm. It was packed, but that wasn’t going to ruin our good time. We stayed for three hours, and worked very hard to find the most perfect apples and pumpkins. We purchased two thirty dollar pumpkins, which were absolutely perfect and hand picked the best apples we could find which were about 25 dollars for the bag. We weren’t upset with the high prices, because at the end of the day we got some pretty perfect apples and HUGE pumpkins. Finally we got home to show the rest of the family the apples, come to find out the women who weighed out the apples switched our bag with the most rotten, small, disgusting tasting apples. They were completely inedible. It broke my heart because it took a lot to get my entire family there, and it really was a lot of work to find the best. I don’t know if she did this on purpose, but my family and I work hard for the money we spent on the day. I thought about going back, but it’s fourty five minutes away and I highly doubt they’ll refund or even credit us for the apples. Make sure to check all your fruits before spending the fortune they charge.

Awesome time. Good variety of apples to choose from.. Not sure what that type of apple is? Give it a try... If you like them fill up your basket if not move on to try the next.. As for their country mart.. Always packed which means always fresh and good

Been going here for years now picking fruits in the Summer and Fall seasons. It's huge so there's plenty of room to roam without feeling cluttered. The bakery & market is amazing! Best apple cider donuts EVER! Always a good time. Great to go with the fam

The orchards are a great place fir a family outing. Cherries, strawberries, peaches, nectarines, apples and pumpkin picking us what they're known for, but dont miss the country store. Their pies are the best in monmouth county!

The produce is always fresh and of top notch quality; and in the fall the apple cider donuts are to die for. It's a great place to pick up your fruits and vegetables without having to worry if what you are buying will be good. They grow much of what they sell, and what they don't grow themselves they purchase from very reputable farms. Battleview also sells a variety of condiments that you can not find elsewhere in the area. It's worth checking this place out if you haven't already!

Peach picking season in July. Peaches are $1.40/pound, juicy and ripe. Delicious and fun! They also have a nice farm store with pies, veggies, sauces and what not.

I've been going here since I was a kid and it's still the best. The general store has great finds and amazing baked goods. From old school to new this place the best. Very well organized and friendly service.

Best pies anywhere in the area are found here. The apple cider is also excellent. The head of the kitchen usually comes out to help us find what we are looking for...great girl as well as all the staff.

Went apple and pumpkin picking with my Family, and we had a great time. We only had to pay for the apples and pumpkins we picked, by the pound. At the end of the day we pass by the store and got some delicious apple cider and cinnamon sugar doughnuts. I definitely recommend this Farm.

My family loves picking here and stopping by the store. The pies are delicious, lots of interesting items you don't see at other places. Picking is always a lot of fun. Starting in spring with strawberries and ending in fall with pumpkins, we make the hour long trip, and enjoy every second of it.

After looking at quite a few Peach picking orchards we decided to go to Battleview Orchards and I am very happy to say we chose this one. We went this week on Tuesday and it turned out an awesome experience for the whole family. We had the entire orchard just for ourselves :) since it was a weekday.
Peaches were very sweet, and loaded on trees. We tasted some before we picked and store bought peach can't be even compared to them. Kids had fun picking and we are planning to go again next week 'coz we didn't have enough :) Best part is that there's no entrance fee and no deposit required like other orchards.
