Staff as friendly and helpful. Tested my battery, no charged and could have easily sold me a new battery but told me it was fine. Suggested that I get the product tested.

I bought a car battery from Battery Giant (Energy Products makes the battery). Just more than a year later the battery is not holding a charge. The company told me that there's nothing they can do because they only warranty their own products for one year. They couldn't even offer a discount on a replacement battery. This is why no one wants anything made in America. Cheap and inferior product! Do not buy from them!

The guys at Battery Giant have always been extremely helpful and have provided great service! Rebuilt several battery packs for me which saved me money over buying new packs and they work great!

I tried to return a battery today with the receipt (which was purchased on 8/10/2016) that was never use and it was clearly evident that it was new by the fact that the posts were in perfect condition but the guy at the counter proceeded to tell me that it was used and that I was trying to return an older battery with a purchase receipt that was only 12 days old. Today's date is 8/22/2016. Attached are pictures of the battery and the receipt

Great place to get every battery imaginable. It was cheaper and faster for me to get a new battery for my phone here than Amazon or eBay.
