I ordered from them last Thanksgiving and decided to order from them again this Thanksgiving of 2020.
I received my order last night and placed it all in the freezer. But something kept telling me something wasn't right with what I received.
So I got my receipt that I had printed off and I was right, but it was a pleasant surprise.

I had the Gobbler package which consists of a 2-3lbs boneless hickory smoked turkey breast, 2qts of cornbread dressing, 1qt of turkey gravy, and 1qt of sweet potato souffle.

What I received was a whole turkey, 12.8lbs on my scale, 3qts of cornbread dressing, 2 qts of sweet potato souffle, 1qt of turkey gravy, and a pecan pie!!

I just called them and told them I'd be glad to pay the difference between my original order and what I received.
But they said, "No, no, no, we'd never ask that, it was our mistake and you have a Happy Thanksgiving."

So I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Oh my gosh! Best smoked turkey ever. We Absolutely loved it. My husband's company he works for gave these out for Thanksgiving. We will be getting these every year!

My family is very particular in choosing the Thanksgiving turkey! With 4 generations to please, the clan gave a "thumbs-up" on a Bates hickory-smoked roasted turkey. Not only was it tender and moist, but the flavor was delicious! A 12 lb. turkey fed 20 hungry relatives for the Thanksgiving meal, turkey sandwiches the next day; the next, turkey pot pie; and turkey/vegetable soup the following day. It's the best bargain of the year!
