  Staff was nice and efficient from the sales floor, to the delivery guy. Delivery was earlier than promised. Couch has been great, we added the protective treatment and it has paid off tenfold with young kids in the house. The dining room table was another ordeal. It took 10 months to get all of the pieces. When we did get them rivets and buttons kept falling off some of the upholstered sections. When they sent a repair man out, he took rivets from the bench we ordered to repair the chairs since he said the bench would have to be replaced as they could fix the buttons due to the way it was upholstered. Not only did the repaired rivet not stay but we were told after that appointment there were no replacement benches available. Eventually we found out they had them, just not in this region and they were not willing to ship one to use because "that's not how it works." When they were unable to provide a complete set without defects I asked about a return or exchange. They said exchange, but I could not find another set I liked that would fit in my space. They tried to tell me I HAD to exchange. I strongly objected as appearance does play a role in furniture purchases and I wasn't finding the look I wanted elsewhere on their show room that would fit in my space. After another 6 months of fighting and arguing I was finally able to get a return and put and end to what was really a customer service nightmare. Really it was a shame, because the Initial purchase and delivery were handled so well. I wouldn't even be willing to set foot in the store to buy a pillow this point because of how ridiculously awful their customer service department (the call center people who have their office in California) are on the off chance there would be another mix up!

  This was the first time I have been to the Bassett Furniture store in Scottsdale. Very impressed by the quality and designs. I also looked at the frame and internal material they have on display toward the back. Jon was extremely helpful in answering my questions regarding the sectionals I was interested in. Never any pressure, which was so refreshing. He showed me different fabric options and explained the scissor connectors for the sectional pieces, which has been one hesitation in a sectional. They are made when ordered so I should expect to order within 6 weeks from when we will be moving and need the sectional. I also looked at some library cabinets/bookcases that looked extremely well made. I will be back for sure to purchase!

  "David Shillinglaw the designer who helped us is very experienced creating living spaces that are functional as well as beautiful. He knows Bassett's inventory and can recommend pieces to put together a great room in your home! We are thrilled with our living room furniture."

  I ordered a bed and dresser and received it extremely quickly! The sales team was amazing and the delivery was a breeze!! Amazing product!! I am now going to purchase the chest that goes with the set because of the service and quality I have received! THANK YOU!!!

  Marci is extremely helpful when we were picking furniture. Definitely ask for her when you come in. The delivery people were careful and made sure everything looked ok. The quality of the product is stellar. We are confident that the furniture should last a long time because of the quality of how everything was made.
