Bryan put in a gravity drain for our basement. This was instead of a sump-pump. Even though he ran into some unforeseen things (there was alot more water down in the ground he expected), he made sure that everything was done. He came back the next day to make sure that the dirt was all filled in and the hole in the basement was cemented up. We are very pleased with the result. Our basement is dry and clean, and we don't have to worry about a pump going on and off all the time. Also we are happy that we won't have to worry about the power ever going out, since the gravity drain is not run on electricity like a sump-pump. Over-all, very good. We are very happy with the drain and with Bryan's work.
