  They are not friendly at all. They don’t ask if you need help. As soon as I walked in the door 2 young ladies are talking about the plans for the weekend. No one offered help or even spoke a word to me. I was the only customer in the store. Very RUDE

  Very bad experience.
  
  I am a loyal Barneys customer for many years, but I was really disappointed by this Barneys Warehouse. The story started when I found a very nice pair of shoes with great price at this store, but when I tried to pay for them, the sales guy (who's obviously very nervous) told me the shoes were on hold until the next day. Someone booked them, that's fair enough. So I returned home and called back next day, the very nervous guy changed his tone and said they were on hold for one more day, which makes no sense at all. Finally I called back on the second day, but the same guy simply told me the shoes were gone. I demanded to speak to the store manager but was refused with a naive reason.
  
  Good boutique and good brand. But this location was not good at all. I will never go there even once.
