  I generally avoid downtown Louisville but they really do have bargains!! and parking! I was looking for a new washer & dryer and I got a better deal here than at Home Depot. Plus they didn't try to make me buy new hoses and vents. Expert delivery and installation as well. I was impressed on my first visit there to what else they have. They are a Harbor Frieght on Steroids. They literally have it all!!

  Phil in appliance really went out of his way to correct some manufacturers misinformation. Phil and the manufacturers representive did all they could to make the deal right. Definitely a five-star experience

  We purchased an LG washer and dryer set from Bargain Supply in August and had some difficulties with the dryer. We immediately had a handyman put in a new ventilation system for us, but the dryer still was not drying our clothes. After going through the ringer with LG and having their subcontractors tell us it was a ventilation issue (it wasn't), we brought our troubles to Bargain Supply's attention. As soon as Todd was made aware of the problem, he quickly went out of his way to make things right. Less than a week later (even though it was the week of Thanksgiving), they ordered a new dryer for us and exchanged it. Our new dryer is working perfectly and we are very grateful to the folks at Bargain Supply for remedying our dryer woes.

  The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Prices seem to be very reasonable. I had a key made for my car and the person made sure it worked before I left the store.

  I liken Bargain Supply to a super sized neighborhood hardware store. They have a large contingent of pros who shop there and they stock the supplies they need at 10-30% off what the big box store prices. You can rest assured they will skip on the brands you shouldn't be buying.

  Bought an LG French Door and Dishwasher in Sept. Both the delivery guys and the installer were fantastic. I purchase all my appliances from there. Great experience!!

  I can't say enough nice things about Bargain Supply and Todd, Karyn and Keith. We had to replace a dishwasher and they were so helpful. They even helped us get a free part on an old appliance that was well out of warranty.
