I found the service here to be amazing. Right to the point and fast! I am so exited to now be driving my 2017 Nissan Sentra, all thanks to Tony. I defiantly recommend leasing, buying, or financing with Barberino Nissan. So happy! -See Tony L :)

I Highly recommended!! My experience here was amazing our sale person John Marks was amazing he help us get into car we wanted and with payment we were looking for as well. He was honest and really look out for me and family. In addition the finance team and management were super friendly and really easy to work with. You won't regret going to Barberino Nissan.

Had to edit my previous rating because they wanted to blame my issue on the Service Department instead of the Sales Department.

Service department is great and does whatever it takes to get your car back as quickly as possible, something went wrong with my car shortly after I bought it, had it finished and ready the next day :) Awesome work!

However- Sales department customer service is terrible bottom line. Rude, cocky, don't listen to what your needs/limits are, front desk girls always have a bad attitude. My car had an issue 2 months after I bought it (but again, service department had it back to me the next day running great.) Best option is to give your business to another dealership and save your time/money listening to these tools.

I went to Barberino Nissan and I had one of the best experience buying a new car. I met with a young man by the name of Sean Sanford who really made me feel comfortable and at ease, and he was not the typical salesman that people are normally accustom to. I walk away not only with a brand new car, but a satisfying experience. I would recommend going to Barberino Nissan anyday.

I was in for a visit today with Rickie G. Before meeting I explained my limit and what I was able to afford. There website shows a number of cars and I went in mind with certain cars and calculated my budget. The sales person basically showed me one car which was above my budget. Every car I mentioned he did not bother to take the time to search. I spent over an hour there and about 40 minutes was RickieG running around and coming back holding a sheet of paper at the tips of his finger as if he was eating lunch. After I left he had the nerve to call twice and say he had a vehicle in that would work for me. The one I was asking about. Will not go back. It's amazing how sales people can be at time especially having a detailed conversation with you before going in.

I wouldn't even give them a star but can't write this if I don't. People are rude and wrong for robbing families. How you tell someone that you didn't complain enough so you can't fix what there responsible for. Put so much money in this van and I only had it for little over a year.. so because I believed there mechanic I'm told o well for you.. brought it there a few times in the beginning and told them something was up. Balanced and what not but didn't check the rims. So now I go spend almost 2000 bucks and find out 2 rims are bent and another has a hop. So I keep trying to get a hold of someone and they give me a run around. Than I get this you know what which I can't say what I like to say but rude man I shall say tell me I didn't complain enough. Yes should of been smarter and went for a second opinion but just thought they take care of the ones who spent enough from them. Never would recommend anyone to purchase even a key chain from them. The commercial is a fraud don't anyone believe it. Believe what people are telling you on here.

I would suggest never visiting this dealership. Very unprofessional staff, no one can seemed to be bothered to answer questions, or help and management did not seem to care. I also noticed some suspicious activity when a person who was recently arrested in a drug bust in town came by 3 times. It was obvious what was going on with the staff and this individual. Maybe they should hide it better while potential customers are searching for assistance. This also should probably be brought to the polices attention. By the time someone actual came to speak with us it was to late and we had already been there 20 minutes walking around alone. I took my business to Harte Nissan and was greeted right away and ended up purchasing two new Maxima's from them in a great and quick manner. For a place that says they are the number one Nisan dealership in the state they have horrible service and obviously drug addict employees.

My wife and I went to buy a Nissan Rogue there last night, we haggled out a deal, AGREED on a price, qualified for 0% financing and signed off on some paper work. She goes to pick up the vehicle today, and there was some more paper work to sign. It's a good thing she was alert because they had raised the price of the car by $1,500.00 against the figure we had agreed on the night before....and they didn't say anything. WTF??? Then they offered some lame excuse about "things were not explained to us correctly". Crooks, scum bags. DO NOT GO THERE! I wouldn't even give them 1 star but you have to click on it to post.

This people lie and cheat they tell you that you are a 100% approved next thing they'll give you the car they want. if you want something else or a nicer car they tell you right in your face that you can't have it cause you can expect to eat caviar cause you can not afford it. that was tool to me bye the general manager's brother. but guest what i did get my caviar by other real car dealership . not a funnies like you all are they have no respect for the hard working people. i know the general manager when he was just a sale associate. today he look at the hard worker people down. i won't ever go back over that dealership.

My husband and I went to the dealer Saturday late afternoon being the 4th car dealer we visited this same day. We met with salesmen Luis Rivera. He was very courteous, helpful and very professional. We really liked the way they handle business straight to the point and exactly what we were looking for. We ended up with a great deal and a new Nissan car! We will definitely recommend this dealer to our family and friends! Two thumbs up!
