  Made an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Drove 2 hours only to have them sell the vehicle 30 minutes before my appointment.

  I would say if you’re rich, then come here. But if you’re not rich, it’s the last spot in town you should go… unless nobody else in town can or will attempt to fix your car’s issue. They do a good job but expect a 20-40% increase in local market rates.

  Went with my dad to their body shop for an estimate in early July. Not once since have they called for an update. I drive by daily and see the same 6 cars waiting for repairs for weeks! Now I find out the manager quit, so I had my dad call over. They never ordered the parts! Since July! It's November tomorrow! Now we have to start all over again somewhere else. This is a perfect example of how NOT to run a business!

  Have been going to Barber Ford of Hazleton over 12 to 15 years. They always treat me good. Would not even consider going anywhere else. Employee's are very nice and knowledgeable. I will continue having them service my vehicle. Great place. Thank you For being there Barber Ford.

  First of let me say that through out the whole truck breakdown ordeal that everyone at Barber Ford was kind and courteous. We were 550 miles from home and the truck died at 10pm sat. night on I81. We were towed to Barber Ford by Good Sam road service. We were able to get our truck looked at, at 10 am Monday morning. The diagnosis was hi pressure fuel pump, at $5,500.00 and 4 weeks. I have had diesels for 16 years and it didn't feel like a hpfp to me. I opted to tow the truck to Maine and get a second opinion. It turned out to be air bound from me letting the fuel get to low in the mountains. The repair was $475.00. I contacted Barber Ford and discussed the diagnosis and they graciously refunded my diagnosis fee. Talk about great customer service. I would recommend doing business here in a heartbeat. Thanks Barber Ford.

  My experience was nothing short of being excellent. This was the second time that I had a warranty item repaired on a Lincoln Product. Service Advisor George Demansky was extremely helpful and performed as promised and gave 115%.

  Charlie and Rick really went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer. They went above and beyond to get me the Ford extended warranty. Rick met me offsite when I had to sign additional paperwork after the sale bc of my credit union- to save me 2 hours of drive time. Customer service was their priority. I highly recommend Barber Ford.

  All of the employees at Barber Ford did a terrific job repairing our car.We are extremely pleased with the excellent workmanship of Kevin and the professionalism of Steve and all the Barber employees.

  As always my service experience was great. Inspection on the Fusion was out by a week and called at 10am and Molly said bring it right down, Inspection oil and tire rotation all done with no notice.
  Our Barber service is great and highly recommend!

  Brought my vehicle in for state inspection on 8/10/16. Appointment was for 10 am and I was out within the hour. I took advantage of the rewards program and based on what I had accumulated in points there was no charge for the inspection. Can't do much better than fast and free. Thanks Barber Ford!!!

  My appointment was easily scheduled via phone. My auto was serviced ON TIME! Every aspect of service (in every department ) is professional, friendly, affordable and welcoming. Can't praise it enough. Thank you!
