My planning and research paid off with Russ @ Freeway Ford. As a lifetime car owner, I'd spent time exploring the best lease for me and chose the Ford Escape before entering the showroom. Russ was fantastic to work with, didn't try to oversell or pitch me a car I didn't need. He respected my choice and made the process fun and pretty easy. He made everything very clear around the leasing process and I couldn't be happier with my car and the crew at Barbee.

Nothing but good things to say. I arrived early for my appt to purchase a used vehicle I saw on line. Dave was very helpful. He showed me the vehicle I wanted to see. There was no pressure from him at all. They didn't try to put me in something that wouldn't work for me. I purchased the vehicle I saw, but it wasn't detailed yet since they just took it in on trade. The pushed it to the front of the line to get it done. Best of all, I received my paperwork to get plates in TEN DAYS from the purchase. Never had that happen before.

They were quick and honest, they don't haggle but with prices as advertised and no attempts to up sell me they were already leagues ahead of many of their competitors. After they made a minor mistake with tax calculation they took the initiative to correct the action without any prompting and mailed me a check to correct the difference which I feel is a great show of character. An honest owner makes all the difference for a car dealership and it shows here.

We bought a car from Cody Roberts at Freeway Ford last night. He was pleasant and friendly, as most sales people are; but, as we come out of our fog of the car-purchasing process and reflect on our experience with Cody and Freeway Ford, specifically, we are left feeling pretty frustrated and short-changed.
Looking for a new car has been a long and tiresome process for us, so we do take some fault for how yesterday's transaction unfolded. That being said, we couldn't have made the process easier for Cody. We contacted him yesterday morning about a specific car, met him last evening, and wrote a check-in full- for our new car. He can compliment me on my fingernails and driver's license picture all he wants, but when it comes down to brass tax, where they can really show integrity and appreciation, he and Freeway Ford failed miserably.
They offered us half the value for our car than what blue book suggests for trade ins; this is where we take some blame. Normally, I wouldn't have taken this lying down. But as I said above, we were incredibly exhausted and not thinking straight. Regardless, It was incredibly insulting and indicative of their character, or lack there of. Finally, after writing them ~$44k check, they hand us the keys to a car with the gas light on. Thanks, guys!
I encourage anyone looking for a car to go somewhere else. I have heard wonderful things about Echo Park, especially when it comes to how respectful they are with honoring trade-in values.
As we try and put this experience behind us and simply enjoy our new car, I'd be remiss if I failed to mention that it wouldn't have even occurred to us to write a review, but at the end of the night, Cody appealed to us to do so. So, here you go, guys...

I have bought over ten cars in the last six years and I have to say that I am most impressed with my experience at Freeway Ford. From the point of first contact with the dealership/Mark O Faircy, there was no BS, no pressure, no games, Mark had a willingness to match or beat any deal I brought to him, and everything was driven towards providing me with the best Customer experience.

I am extremely picky, I wanted a car that had just got on the lot, with very low miles, and Mark found exactly what I wanted. I'm confident that I got the best price I possibly could have gotten, from any dealership, in the Denver area. And I say that with a lot of confidence as I am very diligent in my research wouldn't settle for anything than the "best deal possible". Mark gave me that off the bat, without having to go back or worth, or spend a lot of time negotiating.

Cody took over the deal once I got to the dealership and was also very accommodating and professional. As were all the other staff I had contact with at the dealership. The total time we had to spend at the dealership was less than an hour and I respect that they respected my time and closed my deal quickly.

If you're looking to buy a new Ford I would strongly encourage to make this your first, or your last stop, but I can tell you that you won't find a better experience in town. LGBT friendly business.

The entire process went smoothly. So key points that I want to share. I knew what vehicle I wanted. I researched what I wanted. I made contact and was able to set an appointment. I was unable to make my appointment but there was no badgering. When I was able to get to the dealership, Unannounced, I was greeted by Cale Lash, and walked to the vehicle. He had took complete care of me and my purchase. A note to those who are buying, Do the research! Know what it is you are buying and the sales team will just do the rest. Terms were explained, all paperwork done with transparency. One last item. When offer paintless dent repair insurance, take it, people don't care that your vehicle is new. Just my experience.

The buying experience here was great. Sales staff was friendly and helpful. That is why I gave two stars. If I could rate the service/repair shop by itself, it would receive one. Not only is the service department incompetent (they could not fix our sunroof after having the SUV four separate times and for the majority of a three-month period) they are slow and rude. I would often call to check on the status of the vehicle, and someone would tell me they would call me back. Three days later . . . no call. Finally, they would tell me my car is fixed and ready for pickup. I would go pick it up, and it would make the same noises as before. After three months of this I started to get frustrated, and I got laughed at on the phone by one of their employees. After this encounter, the employee told me someone would call me back. Five days went by and I did not receive a call. I then decided to go elsewhere, and I am glad I did.

GREAT service and a fair price! We shopped several dealerships for a used F-150 and our experience at Freeway Ford with salesman Cody Roberts was head and shoulders above the rest. We were treated respectfully, he was prepared, attentive, professional, and we got a VERY NICE CLEAN used f-150 in our price range. HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOPPING AT THIS DEALERSHIP!

I'm the type of buyer that wants to get EXACTLY what I'm looking for in a truck. That said my used truck shopping experience was long and drawn out before I contacted Cody Roberts at Freeway Ford. When Freeway Ford posted a listing for the used truck I was looking for, I reached out to them immediately. Cody was my contact and handled the whole buying process. When I initially contacted him, they had just received the truck so I had the no other information besides the model/trim specs, mileage and listing price. The truck was still in the process of passing their inspection standards but Cody had no problem answering all my questions and providing any additional detail. He even sent me pictures, as the listing didn't have any available at that time. He kept open communication and constantly updated me on progress as it was going through their shop. He made sure that when I finally went to see it, I wasn't wasting my time. In addition he made the buying process easy, efficient and most importantly, transparent. He earned my confidence and I was able to walk away with a great low mileage, used truck.

I just took delivery on a custom ordered Platinum F-150 and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Dustin Gonzales and his communication with me through every step of the process was amazing. There was no pressure, he listened to me and got me exactly what I wanted, he kept me updated with any info he received and really made the whole process as easy as possible. This was without a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had and would recommend Dustin to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.

Amazing transaction from start to finish. Our salesman Patrick was incredibly understanding & accommodating of my quirks that I needed built into my deal in order to make it happen! Overall, a straightforward deal with none of that sneaky stuff. I was very clear on what I was financing & we were in & out in just a few hours. I could not be happier with my new car & I would highly recommend this dealer over ANY of the other metro area Ford dealers I have visited.

Purchased a used Sierra 1500. Experience was PAINLESS. Worked with Adrian. Very good experience especially with the finance dude. I've purchased many a vehicle and typically spend an hour to an hour and a half with a finance guy. At Freeway Ford I probably spend 15 minutes with the finance guy I was in and out in a matter of minutes

Highly recommend you stop and visit if you're looking for a used vehicle, especially a truck.

This place always has very pleasant and professional representatives! Randall, in the service dept, is awesome and there should be a plaque on the wall for Maggie! She's absolutely the best! As for sales, it just doesn't get better than Dustin! Caleb and Russ were both so very helpful as well! Thank you all, for helping us make the right choice for the second time!! In addition, the facilities are immaculate!

I have to say when I went into freeway I had no intention of buying anything. I just wanted numbers so I could start figuring it out. I was also shopping for a good dealership, the last truck I bought was new Nissan and the dealership was horrible so finding a dealership that I trusted and felt right with was incredibly important to me. I wanted to have a place to develop a relationship and somewhere that cared about taking care of me even after I bought a vehicle. I got that vibe instantly from freeway ford. I had been to two other dealers that day and was tired of getting the work around. But I didn't feel that way at all, they asked me what I wanted in a truck and I told them. They then had me test drive my dream truck. I was so stoked and ready to start saving to get it. Keep in mind an f-150 is my dream truck that was a goal that I felt I could get too, side note the raptor is the dream of the dream 🙂 anyways he put me in the perfect truck and then to all of our surprise with the double promotions going on the truck was such a great price I knew I would regret it if I didn't get it that day. The numbers made sense for me. Everyday I get up and look forward to driving that truck. I've been driving my friends and family nuts with non stop talk about it. I want to say thank you to freeway ford for making my dreams a reality.

I helped my parents purchase a new vehicle here and from my first interaction with Cody I was very impressed. He got us a great deal and took care of my parents as I would hope they would be treated. He was fair and cordial. I went to a lot of dealerships after the hail storm since their vehicle was totaled from it and Freeway ford was the only one that didn't push me into something that wouldn't work my parents, either way out of their price range or hail damage vehicles that just wouldn't work form them. The vehicle I got them was everything they needed in a vehicle, and not what the sales person needed my parents to buy to make a commission. I've always been impressed with ford as a brand and even more impressed with the sales team they provided to help me make the right decision for our new vehicle. I will recommend Freeway as my top choice Ford Dealership.

I visited freeway ford for service on my 2015 F-150 which had developed a strong oil burning smell. I told them it was especially strong in 4H drive. They took 20 minutes and said it was most likely a rodent in the ventilation system. The service Rep said that he had two techs confirm the smell. Apparently they never even took it up on the rack!!! I drove all the way from
Arvada for a sniff test!!! LAZY!

I subsequently went to Miller Ford on Sims and they immediately found a transmission oil leak (cracked tube fitting) that was dripping on the muffler that created the smell . Amazing what you find when you spend a little effort!!!

Needless to say, I'm not inclined to go back to the noses at Freeway in the future.

Typically buying a new car makes me cringe. However, today I purchased a Explorer from this dealership and can say I had the pleasure of dealing with Cody Roberts. I got in touch with him over an internet request and ended up exchanging several texts with him before I came in (not a phone talker guy). When I got there and looked over the car, Cody mentioned that it seemed like I had done my research and didn't do the hard sale/pushy approach which I appreciated. Quick test drive and deal was done. Enjoyed my experience at Freeway Ford and would deal with Cody again.

Update: I was contacted by Adam Wilson of Freeway Ford and he explained to me that there was a communication break-down that led to my issues. We arranged to have my hail damaged fixed. I was impressed by his professionalism and responsiveness during our phone conversation, and blown away by his customer service and willingness to go above and beyond the day I came in for the minor repairs. I understand that things do not always go as planned, especially when a company does as much business as Freeway, but how issues are resolved when they arise really separates the winners from the losers. My experience with Adam has made me a happy and loyal customer yet again.

My wife and I leased an Explorer from Freeway Ford in June. Cody Roberts was our salesman, and he was very helpful the day of the transaction. When we got home, I noticed some small dings on the hood and roof, likely from hail. I sent Cody some pictures of the damage, just to make sure we weren't docked for it at the end of the lease. To my surprise, he called and offered to have them repaired at the dealership for no charge. Since we were going out of town (in our other vehicle), he said to call when we returned to schedule it. I did, and got no answer or call back from him. I brushed it off, since I already had the damage documented. Fast forward a month or so. My wife and I receive a notice of payment past due on the vehicle we traded in that was supposed to be paid off as part of the deal. My wife calls Cody, and gets no answer or call back. She then calls the dealership directly, only to be told that we needed to pay it, and they will just put a check in the mail to pay us back. The person she talked to acted like this was the standard procedure. It was definitely a first for us when trading in at a dealership, and never once came up in our negotiations or time meeting with finance. Thankfully we had the means to do so, or we would have faced a pretty severe hit to our credit otherwise. All in all not the worst experience, but enough to motivate us to look elsewhere for our next purchase.

Being from Detroit, The Motor City where auto care has endless locations to chose from, I have finally found my go-to place here in Colorado to take care of all my auto needs for my Mercury Mariner. Professional team, amazing customer service, and always quality work. I usually drop off my vehicle and use their door to door shuttle service to get to and from work while they work on my SUV. Most recently I worked with Jorge and he was extremely professional and always kept me up to date on recommendations for service while I was at work. Love this place!!

I've never written a review on any business prior to this one. Most of the time bad service or faulty products are taken care of by reputable businesses or the salesmen and women. However, this is the worst experience I have ever had buying a truck. I purchased a new f-250 from Freeway ford Oct 29th. the experience at the dealership was lengthy, cumbersome and, quite frankly, very impersonal. I had looked at the vehicle and filled out the credit paperwork the night before, and worked through the deal with the salesman (Cody Roberts) the morning after. After we agreed to the deal, he and I set an appointment. 5 hours after I arrived (on time) for the appointment, and sitting in the dealership for those many hours, I was on my way. It was relayed to me (from the sales staff...Jeff) during my visit the night before, that it would be 15 minute deal once an appointment and deal were made. Further more, the new vehicle was turned over to me without a detail done and with out being washed and waxed as well as without an overview of the vehicle's options, features, etc.

The very next morning after I bought the vehicle, it had an 'adaptive steering' fault. So the steering wheel is crooked as you drive down the road with the fault. I made it aware to the salesman and the sales manager (Adam) Monday morning when I brought the truck back.. Adam and Cody refused to take the truck back and drove me to the service department where the service techs attempted to fix the fault, and of course told me nothing was wrong. Well...the truck has faulted twice this week already. And, as a very busy person, I don't have time to take the truck into the service department every time the truck has a fault.
I would say the biggest frustration with Freeway Ford is the pompous attitude of the sales staff and manager. No one from the dealership (or sales department or Ford) has reached out to ask if I like the vehicle, if the fault has been fixed, if they can schedule a detail for the truck, if they can teach me about the options on the vehicle, if they can explain and show me the break in procedure, how to schedule and when to schedule maintenance, ....nothing!!! no correspondence whatsoever.

Incredibly awful experience all together! if I could give negative rating, I would. Everyone wants to feel good about their new vehicle purchase from the experience to the quality of the vehicle. Freeway Ford has fallen short on all counts.
