  This place makes the best deviled eggs! They took a great idea, boquerones on deviled eggs, and made it even better.

  Great place for small plates and drinks. Calamari was unpalatably salty, but really liked everything else. Probably a better spot for HH or light meal than a real dinner.

  One of Portland's best Happy Hours (5-6 & 10-close). Wings, pork belly, octopus. A stellar taste of Spain.
