We went to see the Pacers play the Pistons. Had sixth row seats and went to the Lightbound Clubhouse. Coolest thing ever! Get there early and go over by the locker rooms. We got to meet a couple of the players and saw the whole team run out onto the court. The game was fun to watch too. The fans should really start to get out and see them in person.

❤️💙❤️💙❤️ Katy Perry’s performance was amazing ! So cool! Also any performance or game or event held there is super cool just depending on what you want to go see. Bankers life Fieldhouse is like smack dab in the middle of Indy so perfect for sightseeing and walking around town.

They've don't a great job keeping it modern. It's always a great time at Bankers Life. We usually are able to score some pretty good seats, even if we plan to go here last minute. The staff is great at helping people who appear lost and they do an amazing job keeping everything nice and clean during the events.

I love that the parking garage is connected to the building for the days it's cold out but just a half block past the garage is $5 parking. There are a lot of will-call windows so the wait isn't long for tickets. The food is a bit pricey (like all other arenas) but there are a few restaurants nearby in case you arrive early.
I wouldn't recommend bringing small children because there's so many drinking/cussing adults, but that's just me. Plus, you want kids to be able to move around a bit which they won't be able to do without bumping into others. The stadium is really organized and clean, the bathrooms are tidy and when it's time to leave, it's orderly and not rushed.

Over the past year, I have had the pleasure of attending many Pacers’ games! The building is very well kept and there is security right as you walk in! I know that made me feel a little better, especially with how the world is these days! They could check the purses a little more thoroughly, but that’s just my opinion!

We were here for a Garth Brooks Concert. The property has ample seating for a concert but the sound quality wasn't as good as other venues. The cost of food and beverages was too high. The staff was awesome, every one of them that we talked to were upbeat and professional. This place needs a parking Garage so parking would be cheaper. We parked in the Garage across the street and were charged $25. Ridiculous.

I have been here twice with my young sons to see WWE events. It's been a great experience each time. The concession areas are high priced, but that doesn't spoil the whole trip. Parking costs a little more than I would like also, but its easy to find. There are multiple garages very close to the building. The security team and ushers are always very helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. They certainly do their jobs well. I feel safe coming here, which is a big deal now-a-days. It's a great venue for many events!

We were here for the GARTH brooks concert. Parking is pretty close by and was an ease to get in and out with little to no dead time waiting around in backed up traffic. Had a little of the earlier traffic so I could see this being even better without the added confusion of in and out traffic. The sound started off a bit muffled throughout the first song but cleared up and was great the rest of the show. The staff was friendly and helpful. They wouldn’t let you keep water or soda bottles or anything so that was a bit of a task babysitting a open plastic cup. Overall the venue was good. Streets were closed off around the place to make for easier walking traffic. We parked about the right amount away to weed out the foot traffic and exiting fans. Would come back here for a show. The congestion wasn’t too bad.

The ushers here and super helpful, and just cool to have around! There is always a good variety of food options, and the beer selection is top notch. Restrooms are always nice and clean!

Its a great place for a live concert, the sound is great as far as music goes no matter where your seated. There's also easy access to get a drink and or a snack So like today its Tim McGraw and Faith Hill in their Soul 2 Soul Tour 2 This is the 2nd time they have appeared here and they are Great Together I only wish I were going 😓😓😓😓😫😖 Its great for many other things like sports also!!!

The best arena I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot. The building is a great throwback to the old field house era and is a great showcase of the history of basketball in Indiana. The upper balcony is very steep and may be a little much for those afraid of heights. The concessions are pricey as usual but there is a good variety to choose from.

Had a great time at the game last night, the atmosphere was electric with Lance back on the team. I haven't seen a game with a crowd that excited since the return of PG. Security up front at bankers was excellent, the moved us through so quick and wished us to have a great time. Ticket takers were quick and polite, and the woman who gave me and my boyfriend our limited edition PG bobble head was awesome as well!
My only complaint, the ticket checker when we were looking for our seats. I believe his name was Jerry but I could be wrong, I think we sat in section 208, row 13, seats 13 and 14.
I came up to look for my seat, hands full of two bobblehead boxes, my wallet, and my phone. Jerry asked to see my ticket, and I motioned towards my boyfriend who was walking in front of me that he had it. He then asked my boyfriend to pull up his tickets, which he began to do. Jerry was very impatient however, and made comments about how we know how it is and he needs to check them.
Which, I understand, his tone was very accusatory though. As if he knew we were in the wrong section. He also did not ask several people in front of us for their tickets. We finally got them out to show them to him and he waved us along. Said nothing about having a good time, or a thank you.
I always thought that the staff at Bankers Life checking tickets at the sections were their to help you find your seat and greet you. Jerry proved me wrong though. As the last member of the Bankers life staff to come in contact with me that night, he did leave a bad taste in my mouth. He was not the usual friendly, smiling staff you guys usually employ. I'm not sure if he dealt with some bad fans before we came in. But I did not appreciate being talked down to and his impatience was uncalled for.
Other than Jerry, thanks for a great night Bankers Life! We'll be sure to pick a different section next time and hope to come in contact with a kinder staff member.

Really top notch facilities. I'm only here for Pacers games but it feels great. Lots of room for crowds. It flows nicely. Plenty of bathrooms. Easy garage access on the side with Maryland Garage. Food options here are decent and priced like you'd except for a professional sporting venue but not where you fell too bad buying something. Seats all the way up to the balcony are cushioned and comfortable. You have a great view no matter where you sit and the sound system is phenomenal. Easily one of the best venues in the NBA.

Nice stadium, or whatever you want to call it. Concession stand workers were great. For example, I got an ice cream cup and it was probably a little over $3. But the man who did it gave me A LOT of it. There's an ice cream place in my small town who would not have even given me half of that amount for that price. The only issue I had with my experience here is that when trying to get back to our seats, my brother was the only one of the three of us who had his ticket on him. My cousin and I left ours under our seats by accident. I realize many places won't let you get by without a ticket but we said we'd go up there and get the tickets and he said no. Then I asked my brother if he could go get our tickets and bring them down. The man said he would not allow that because we could be using my brothers ticket. Which doesn't make sense because we would be showing him two tickets, they couldn't both be my brother's. And we said we would show him all three. And his response is "I'll allow it I guess. I'm not supposed to, nor do I really believe you but go ahead." We were trying our best to prove that our seats were in that location and were trying to cooperate but he just didn't seem to want to.
