  What a horrible service? Chinese banker was really mean and disappeared even if we want to ask question. Go to different Bank of America.

  Horrible service from this branch. had no idea how to handle my situation. Made me wait thirty minutes to speak to a department I already spoke to (who told me to come in...). Inconsistent process and procedure
  Staff is inexperienced and they even admitted it.

  Had the most amazing service from a personnel by the name Pearl . The staff there treats you with so much respect & politeness. It doesn't matter even if u have like only 10 dollars in your account..u will be still treated with the equal amazing pleasant personality. Had the same amazing pleasant service by another staff by the name Ribera couple of weeks back!! Love the bank!
