  racial inequality, not working ATM machine, waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes for assistance.
  Today they made me and my wife to wait for 45minutes. Nobody even asked us if we need any help, or what exactly we needed. We left. I am not coming back here. In fact, I am closing my accounts.

  I had the WORST banking experience at this branch. All of the tellers had a horrible attitude. The branch manager was unprofessional and rude, he spoke so loud that all of the other customers knew our business. I had my mother with me and she was horrified. We walked out and went to the branch off of Sharon Rd - wonderful experience! They were so kind and helpful. I will never ever return to the branch on Pineville-Matthews/Carmel Rd.

  There are never enough people working at this branch and they are not willing to help you in the drive through. They would rather you come in. Go to BofA on Fairview at Southpark. It is a great branch with super friendly and helpful customer service!

  Ms. Hetal Sethi was extremely helpful today in notarizing some complicated and atypical documents. She also took the time to look over my accts and gave useful information for further options for my personal goals. I would strongly recommend this branch for their personal service.
