  Go to the sushi bar and do omakase! The sushi chef makes small dishes for you and you can name your price point. Get a sake or shochu flight as well

  Uni crème brûlée is a fine way to cap the tasting menu. Other highlights: albacore carpaccio, hoki poke box. Expect more PacNW-fusion than fine raw fish and you'll go home a happy, sustainable camper.
