It is disgusting to find out how a few of your workers treat some of the residents of your facility!
To have a worker say harsh and mean things to the residents are just awful. I do not care how badly someone may smell or etc . You DO NOT!!!!!! say things like that to the residents at all! To be a caretaker means to take care of someone who needs help on a daily basis with love and compassion no matter what. How many Elderly people are put into nursing homes/ living assistance without getting a single visitor!? Don't you think that is sad as it already is?
I do not find it okay for the elderly to be mistreated in any way, shape, or form and clearly you need to figure out who to let go out of your staff and actually find people whom want to take care of the elderly because 65 percent of your disgusting staff only give a damn about how much money is put into their pockets.
Find people who actually care about your residents. people who don't say such harsh, rude things to you residents.
Find people who would actually make a positive change to your facility and take the "trash " out!response / report this review -

One of the employees working there, stole my grandmothers wedding ring. She was moaning for a whole day with a severe urinary tract infection.
