  Worst place and experience. Place is dirty and unorganized. The woman burned my foot in the hot water because she forced my foot down after I told her it was hot. She didn't trim or file she just barely ran the file over and then did the same with the stone and didn't use any scrub or soap. I didn't say anything because I was so upset by this point after she burned my foot and put zero effort. She was rude and then at the end just left without saying anything. She didn't even say she was done. Then when I went to pay she told me how much it was and then asked me how much I wanted to give her. Literally asking for a tip!

  I tried this place twice against my better intuition. The owner is not polite, people friendly. The woman who did my feet, held my foot by my toe. The water was cold. The place is tight, dirty, not organized. James did great on my nails. He took the time, was more personable. I will not be returning. However, if you're in a jam and need something ASAP, they take walk ins.

  Look at this amazing work we got today at Ballazio. The sunflower set is mine, James was my tech and the sunflower is 3d acrylic work and came out amazing. The other two set belong to my niece and 5 year old daughter. They work very well with kids.

  The employees at this nail salon are really nice. I would say that they do regular gel polish nails really well, not so acrylic nails. I say this because, every time I get acrylics from this salon I am never satisfied. My nails always turn out different from one another and break within a couple days. The amount of time and money it took for me to get my nails done I would expect them to at least turn out nice. Another really inappropriate interaction that I have been having with this nail salon is that every time I go to pay they always "ask" for a tip or say "20 even?" implying that even though my total is $20 they are asking for more. This is very inappropriate and un- professional. Them asking for a tip every time makes me want to stand my ground and not give them one. I have never been to a place where the employees themselves ask for a tip I was really caught off guard when I brought a friend and the employees continued to ask for a tip. It honestly made the experience awkward and embarrassing!

  I dislike posting negative reviews but I am extremely disappointed in the quality of work I received. I had pedicures done there before and had no complaints. For the first time I decided to get my finger nails done and I regret it. The nail tech was rushing, not paying attention, nipped my skin and drew blood several times. At some point I asked her not to finish because I didn’t like the way it was turning out and remove everything, to which she replied that I still had to pay. Very disappointed.
