  The whole place was really helpful and all of the sales men/women were super nice and didnt push you to much.Was able to talk with a sales men named Benjamin Nieves,he is the coolest guy, i would go back and get another car from him but do not have the money.Would tell everyone i know to go buy from this place.By far the best dealer ive seen/been to.

  The salesman Shawn was direct and straight forward, not pushy or desperate . However, the sales manager was impersonal and I felt could of did more to sweeten the deal . Overall the experience was pleasant and I would recommend this dealership . Got a decent deal and the process was hassle free . My daughter and I left feeling good about our purchase .

  Balise has provided me with the best car buying experience I have had in a long time. I got no hard sell at any point in the process. We came interested in looking at the Volt and we were given the opportunity to do just that, look and decide if this was the best option for me and my family.
  I went on to other dealerships to assess competing vehicles and always got a hard sell to the point I had to walk out of the dealership. Returned to Balise to test drive the Volt and was offered a great deal on the car and my trade. My sales representative Shawn was very knowledgeable about the product and was fantastic about laying out all of my pricing and financing options. Insurance agents at the dealership were able to assist in gaining the rider I needed to drive my purchase home the same day.
  I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Balise to friends and family.

  The service tech broke a door latch when trying to fix the rear window which was replaced. When fixing the dome light he left the sunroof unplugged rendering the sunroof unusable. The door latch breaking....fine things happen; but leaving the sunroof unplugged was idiotic at best. Thank you for wasting my time since I have to have my vehicle serviced again because of your tech.

  Let me start off by saying I have been a Balise customer over the last 8 years. I have purchased cars from Balise Toyota, Balise Nissan, and Balise Chevy during that time period. Each of the dealerships represented themselves with respect and phenomenal customer service. I was recently driving a 2014 Chevy Silverado (lease) that I had for 3 years and I couldn’t have been happier with the truck. It surpassed all my expectations while I had it. When I first leased the truck I met the sales manager from Balise Chevy, his name was Dan Good. It only took a few interactions to realize Dan was someone I could trust and was honest (which is a word that you normally don’t associate with car dealerships). At that time I was unsure of leasing, Dan never once applied any pressure and explained how it worked.
  During the past 3 years life took a unexpected turn for me when I was faced with a divorce. It was a horrible experience and one I wish no one. My credit took a beating and I began racking up miles on the truck. As my lease was coming to an end, I went to several dealerships driving various trucks and spoke to countless typical salesman and managers about my mileage and credit history. During this process, I had been in contact with Ahmad Elshanawany. I met Ahmad when I first leased the truck but he wasn’t my salesman at the time. Ahmad felt like a friend to me and I went to him for this next lease. I give Ahmad a lot of credit I would text him weekly about my concerns and questions. I would tell him about my experiences at other dealerships and he never bad mouthed any of them or swayed me away. I have a great deal of respect for Ahmad and today I consider him a friend. When I was down to 2 months left, I was getting a bit concerned after all the dealerships prices were way out of the ballpark. Let me also add that I had over $2,000 in milage that I was bringing into the next lease and needed a cosigner due to my credit. When I decided to sit down with Ahmad we discussed life and of course my pending decision over the truck. Ahmad knew I needed a truck with a tow package but I couldn’t care about the bells and whistles. Ahmad and Dan worked hard in locating a vehicle that would fit into my price range.
  However I have to admit why I will always do business with Balise is how they treat you as a person. I was lucky enough spend about an hour in Dan’s office..not discussing the truck but about LIFE. We discussed everything from my divorce to his own experiences in life. At the end of our talk Dan looked at me and said “give me one week...I will be part of this transaction until we get you where you need to be”. I believed him and left with some much needed advice about life. In exactly I received a call from Ahmad and he told me we have something in place. I never once had to go back and forth about the deal it was exactly what Dan promised.
  Listen I know shopping for a car is stressful and trusting a salesman that you can trust is impossible. I know it is a business but I have never felt like just a customer at Balise. I know that I can send anyone I know to Balise full of confidence they will be treated fairly. It was great to have a new truck but it is even better to call Ahmad and Dan a friend. I encourage anyone to shop at Balise for an honest and respectful experience.

  I am a single mom and I desperately needed a safer vehicle for my self and my girls. I went there with zero expectations. My credit wasn't the greatest and I thought it would be a disappointing waste of my time. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and introduced to my sales rep Eddie Sherman. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. He was honest, kind, informative, and very reassuring. Eddie made the whole used car buying experience painless and less intimidating. He is wicked funny too and has a genuinely great personality. The hours I spent there with him flew by as we talked and laughed while the financing and application were being processed. Needless to say, I arrived at Balise with a HOOPTY Moblie and left with a beautiful Mocha Chevy Malibu. I 100% recommend to head to Balise Chevrolet in Warwick and ask for Eddie Sherman. I not only left with a great new car, but I also made a new friend! If I can qualify anyone can! Thanks Eddie!
