I agree with Lisa, I paid $70 for flowers and they did not give me what I paid for. I called and said I was unhappy and was not offered anything in return.. I have gone here for a long time and this has happened every single time it is the last time I will order flowers I will send my mother a 70 gift card next time. UNACCEPTABLE! look below at the difference in the online picture and what my mother recieved

Bad experience in dealing with this company and an on-line vendor. Customer Service training would help this company. However, it appears that they would rather pass the buck instead of treating the customer in a fair and respectable manner. Trying to have my issue resolved was a waste of time.there was no resolution, nothing made right.complete joke.

Great offerings but closed when we got there on a Saturday. 8-5 are not the Saturday hours.
