Horrible. Don't keep times. Kept us without our washer and dryer for over a week. We had confirmed appointment 3 times and when we called after them not showing up they said we weren't on the schedule. CRAPPY COMPANY.

They call you at 7 in the morning telling you they are 30 minutes out. When you check your phone and realize that they called and tell them your 8 minutes away but they only can wait four more minutes because of their 15 minute rule. Drove the sped of light to my house and they were gone, I guess waiting weeks for appliance is the norm now.
