3 stars for the food but the way the handle things could be done differently and more efficiently. When you have someone coming in for to go orders and you don't have to prep the food, you should just bag their items and send them on their way. If someone has a prep item and a muffin on the side, give them their muffin right then and there. This way you know what items you have and won't have. Instead of making people wait for their simple bag and go to go orders behind people you're making items for.
Nope! Not a mask in sight! What else are the doing to protect their customers; NOTHING! Skip it if you don’t want to get sick
Good breakfast place. We tried the bagelzones and they were different. Something we have not had before but a little dry with no sauce. I would be back to try the bagels as they looked very fresh. The house mocha coffee was delicious though! There is a wait as they are shortstaffed as with all places right now.
The food and coffee is great with lots of options and the staff is friendly and helpful. Great place. It’s worth the wait. I ordered online then came in and paid and my order was ready in no time.
I was notified of a fraudulent charge on my debit card for $1565.36 from this restaurant and I wouldn’t have shared this if it was handled better but, when I notified management the next day I was completely blown off and told there was no way that was possible. I then confirmed with my bank that my card number had been manually entered 3 hours after I left. When I brought this fact to management’s attention I was completely dismissed again and she showed no concern whatsoever that somehow there was an attempt to fraudulently charge my card at this location. Having owned a retail store in the past my first move would’ve been to contact my merchant services to get to the bottom of it, she chose a different route telling me it wasn’t possible and my bank must have made a mistake. Maybe when this happens next time she’ll show a little more interest. The food is really good I just recommend using cash.
That’s an interesting response to potential credit card fraud that could still be ongoing in your restaurant. To be clear Wells Fargo confirmed my full 16 digit credit card number was manually entered at your restaurant and the fact you’re more concerned with an internet review than possible fraudulent charges at your restaurant pretty much tells me everything I need to know. Judging by your response I’m guessing you still haven’t contacted your merchant services provider leaving you open to more attempts of fraudulent charges in the future. I hope mine was the last and only time this happens however you’ve made it clear that a customer being subject to a $1500+ fraudulent credit card charge doesn’t even warrant a phone call to your merchant services, an interesting choice considering the volume of credit card transactions you probably process on a daily basis. Again the food was great but the fraudulent charge that now leaves me without a card for all of next week and your abhorrent response in store and online is making me feel like a 1 star rating is right on the money.
Great staff. New supervisor with some adjustment needed. We are starting to feel uncomfortable and perhaps are being targeted by the supervisor. The past couple of times there has been a slip up or miscommunication at the cash register regarding drinks. The supervisor thinks we are stealing drinks even though we have gotten perfect clarification at the register. Yes, we did grab a clear cup for water instead of the one for soda or tea but were told it’s ok until the supervisor jumped on us.
Today we sat there and watched a Landscaper come in and fill his own coffee cup and walk out without paying! Feeling uncomfortable at our favorite bagel place.
$37 for three bagel sandwiches, a soda and a bottle of orange juice. Bagel sandwiches were cold and not toasted. Had really high hopes for this place considering location. Would love to have given more stars to this locally owned business.
Went there for the first time 11.12.17. (10:30-11:00) Staff was friendly but seemed to have trouble with the point of sale equipment. The line moved slow but steady. Food was good though I'd add another $ to the profile.
Two things: Hair restraints for ALL employees behind the counter and clean dust build up around vents on ceilings. Both of these are easily remedied but require constant monitoring.
I'll give them another try soon.
I had a poppy bagel sandwich that was amazing. I will say that the sandwiches are better than the breakfast sandwiches. All of the baked goods are great!
I forgot! I forgot what a great bagel is supposed to taste like! OMG! I used to come here with one particular bagel-addicted friend, but when she moved, I fell out of the habit. Then my son picked here to meet me for lunch a month ago, and I've gone by once a week since then.
I had a sandwich the first time back, and it was great, with Boars Head meats and cheeses and a side of unusual cole slaw. I've since stuck to bagels and cream cheese - they have such a collection of both to choose from.
Big as your head, somehow chewy and tender toasted to a crunch all at once. This is what a bagel is supposed to be. I really had forgotten. I won't make that mistake again.
They are crazy busy in the morning, but they are also fast. Honor jar coffee if that's all you're looking for, the coffee is roasted on premises and is a cut above the rest. I'd forgotten that, too.
A little quieter for lunch, I've starting going there when I need to organize my afternoon and have lunch at the same time.
Staff is youngish, nice as can be, and they do a great job.
Such a cool atmosphere, I was shocked at how delicious the food was! Definitely worth the drive out there, if you're a tourist staying on the beach. Must try this neat little place!
Love this place! Excellent bagels and toppings. 4 stars only because the eggs on the sandwiches are a little odd/rubbery if you get a meat, egg, cheese option.
This is our official stop after visiting Pensacola. Bagels are great. Love leaving for home with a great bagel to eat on the way.
This place feels "easy like Sunday morning," but their service is still fast and accurate. The food & coffee is tasty and their staff friendly. Non- dairy milks are available for all their coffee drinks, which is a big plus for me.
Great bagel sandwiches and price reasonable. Staff friendly and atmosphere laid Back.
Bagels from Bagelheads are always delicious, however the staff can be hit or miss Sometimes they are very personable, other times you get the sense that you are interrupting their life by asking to order food. Accuracy can also be a problem especially when ordering a dozen bagels to go Make sure they've packed up what you ordered.
My favorite bagel shop in town. Thank you Bagelheads for years of great service. Fun, fast, you can call in your order and go through the drive through. Genius. You should try a chocolate muffin.
Absolutely excellent bagels, muffins, sandwiches. Totally love the honor system coffee; so rare in this day and age. Extremely busy at times, but they move the cloud through quickly.
Second year in a row that I've visited Bagelheads for breakfast while on vacation. The food was really good, as it was last year. Posted two pictures- one of the Breakfast Zone and one of an everything bagel with sausage and egg. Breakfast Zone was very good- it had hash browns, sausage, egg, bacon and cheddar. I will say the wait was a little too long for a breakfast sandwich. We waited 10-15 minutes to receive our food, and it didn't seem like they were all that busy. 4/5 stars for the extended wait, but the food is really good!
