  Rude, aggressive even. Very big women behind the counter clearly had a bad day. Wonder how long this shop will survive the online competition with that attitude.

  The staff at this location all deserve raises! They are ultra-helpful and friendly without being intrusive. They create an environment for curiosity and education to thrive. Well done!

  I bought a vibrator & batteries. Came home &I didn't work. Went to return it & turns out they gave me bad batteries. Fine. I tried to make conversation/be funny telling them I was pretty sure my cleaning lady took it and the woman in a beanie & glasses made some rude comment about how my mom did. I don't live with my mom. She made me feel very young and immature even though I am not. You already feel a little awkward coming into babeland and having someone who is supposed to be of assistance be really rude to me just made me feel really uncomfortable and I just didn't say anything and left. I don't hold grudges but I think the staff here should avoid doing that in the future. Not a great experience.

  Nice variety of sex toys! They carry very unique items and the staff here is very knowledgeable about all the products. Great, informative classes offered too.
