    My Experience at BMW Silver Spring was awesome as always. Melvin Baliao is my service advisor. He is professional courtesy and a pleasant to work with. Today my car would not start and although I did not have an appointment I was seen quickly and was able to drop my car off with ease. Melvin always returns my calls and keeps me updated with what's going on with my car. As we all know when your car breaks down your stress level tends to go up, when you receive outstanding customer service it makes a huge difference in lowering your stress. Please let Melvin know he is great! thanks!

    BMW of Silver Springs is a great place to purchase a car. I worked with Andy Alexis Sr and he was so polite, patient, informative and professional. The store was also very pristine. My car was as well. I live 3.5 hrs from the dealership, but had the utmost confidence in purchasing from this store and Andy. Between the thorough pictures, descriptions and processes, Andy and the team at BMW of Silver Springs could not have made my decision easier to purchase my preowned BMW! I would recommend this store and Andy to anyone looking to purchase a new or preowned vehicle! Thank you

    I recently visited BMW of Silver Spring for regular maintenance. I was able to call in and schedule an appointment and upon my arrival did not have to wait more than a minute to be seen. RACHEL RHEA has been my service advisor for years and is the reason I come to this location. She is always warm and welcoming. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable and her experience will get you in and out with exceptional service. She ensures I thoroughly understand the process and updates me via text. I will be returning here for my next service or any issues that may arise with my car. Thank You Rachel!

    Do not come here, these people are unprofessional! Came here for oil change, turned out I did not need one, just needed oil which they added some oil for free. I thought that was very nice, however when I was driving back to work from the dealership on that day my car started shaking and hesitating terribly. My light came on in the dash. Something was wrong. I finally pull over and pop the hood. These guys didn’t screw on the oil cap! As much as I appreciate the complimentary oil, this is completely unacceptable. Now, my engine is potentially damage. Stay away!

    This is the 3rd time we're buying BMW, but it was the first time we bought it from the BMW of Silver Spring. And let me say this. No doubt this was the best experience we've had so far with buying BMW from the dealership around Greater DC area.
    Jason Richardson definitely went an extra mile this time around.
    It started with bringing this loaner back to the dealership the same day after we spoke in the morning, then taking us for a test drive and then helping us through the sales process.
    Later he took care of some minor cosmetic imperfections that this 2018 X5 had as promised.
    Definitely a 5-star car buying experience.

    Great dealership to take your BMW too. Never had any issues with them and they are always professional and friendly. I only take my BMW here and for service Rachael Rea is as good as it gets. She takes care of all my needs and provides top notch service. I highly recommend her and this dealership.

    Rachel Rae in the service department always takes great care of me. She communicates via texts and phone calls, which I love. She makes me feel like she's working with me to get the best value and maintenance for my car. All together the dealership is wonderful. They always have a nice car available as a loaner while my car is being services. I won't go anywhere else! -Eric

    I did not buy a car from this dealer but I'm still giving them 5 stars. Why? I saw a used car on their web site that I was interested in so I sent an email on it. I bookmarked the page so I could come back to it easily. The next day, I went to check it out again and the ad said the car was no longer available (sold) . I basically moved on but to my surprise I still got a call from a very nice lady (forgot her name) just to apologize that the car had sold and to acknowledge my inquiry. No pushiness to come in and look at other random stuff, or worse, as some dealers have done, claimed a vehicle was there but really wasn't just to get me on the lot. Plus I live 4 hours away so I'd be pretty upset if that happened. But rather just a gracious follow up. I appreciated that and almost hope I will find something else on their site I will be interested in before I buy elsewhere.

    I went to the dealership 10 minutes before they closed on a Saturday, and this smart and very polite guy volunteers to help me. Sebastian Gomez was more than a pleasure to work with. He asked the right questions and made the entire process very easy. In less than 2 hours we were out happy and driving the perfect car for us. The entire team at BMW of Silver Spring was professional and courteous, but it all started with this nice guy, Sebastian, who gave us all the attention we needed even though he was probably getting ready to go home before we stepped into the showroom. I appreciate it very much. I Highly recommend BMW of Silver Spring and Sebastian in particular.

    I purchased a X5 from BMW of Silver Spring. I worked with Mr. Sebastian Gomez. This has been one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I had worked with sales from Audi, Benz and other BMW dealerships and Sebastian is the best. I personally like his style, no pushing at all, listening customer's requirements, patient and always smiling. And most importantly he honored the offer he promised. I traded in my X3 for the new X5. I did the appraisal around 3 weeks before I got the new vehicle. BMW of Silver Spring honored the deal even there was 500 bucks value difference. I appreciated the honesty BMW of Silver Spring treated me.

    Recently bought a used BMW here. The staff was friendly and most importantly not pushy. When I took delivery of my car I was wowed. It was so clean it looked brand new.

    Originally a 5 star for service. Then my 4 day wait to detail the car I was buying became a 9 day wait. Notified the day I was supposed to pick it up. The next time, I was told it would be ready by 4, at 345 I had a text that told me it would be 8-9. Leaving first impression comments so as not to take anything away.

    Extremely knowledgeable and courteous staff. My salesman walked us through every feature of the vehicle and demonstrated them. He's knowledge continued to the local area where he tailored our test drive to accommodate the questions I had about the vehicle such and handling on the surface streets and 0-highway speeds. Definitely showed the difference between a BMW dealership and the rest.

    My 650i belongs to the previous generation and recently Mr. Tom Grants managed the execution of some MAJOR services on this car. He not only had the identified issues resolved effectively, but also proactively recommended replacing the engine sparks and the gearbox plate to rejuvenate the car's performance (since the issue-resolution labor hours covered the replacement ones). As a result, I now can comfortably use the car for long-distance travels, as well as start to recall how the car used to perform (esp. in the Sport mode).

    It’s apparently another preeminent customer service pinnacle delivered by Tom – he indeed takes care of your car as if the car is his personal vehicle.

    Highly recommended!

    In March – 2017 I purchased the X6 from BMW of Silver Spring. I worked with Ms. Karen Herbert. She treated me like family. This has been one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I’ve ever had. She made sure I understood all of the many packages that BMW offers for this vehicle, and this is no small feat. She went over several financial options for purchasing the vehicle. Though we spent more than 3 hours together, she remained patient, personable and even funny. Because there are so many options to choose from, I made change after change, asked question after question…..and she never wavered from being her pleasant and professional self. Karen has been selling cars for many years and she clearly knows the business and is very passionate about the BMW product. She represents BMW of Silver Spring in an abundance of positive ways and I can only hope that my next vehicle purchase is as pleasant and effortless as it has been with Karen Herbert of BMW of Silver Spring.

    Dennis Grant was my sales gentleman, a very nice guy I recommend him, whatever I needed he took care of everything.Had a very good experience with my buy. I am very happy with the car. The General manager also a very nice person gave a toy car to my son. I recommend the place.

    Reminds why I avoid the dealer for service at all costs!

    Headlight out and needed alignment - $115 to replace at $20 bulb - would have done it myself in 10 minutes but had issue with the headlight alignment. Guess I set my self up for this one...

    Check Engine Light on - $146 to read the code. Then they wanted another $219 to upgrade software. Only then could they tell me if the evaporative fuel system leak code was real or could be cleared. Why they could not run a simple smoke test without the software upgrade I don't know, but charging $146 to read codes is a new record!

    At that point I was done - did not go for the quoted $704 to replace an oil filter housing gasket or the $1245 to replace a valve cover gasket.

    Find yourself a good mechanic... Avoid this dealer at all costs.

    I had a bunch of BMW dealerships to choose from in the DC area. Here's why I chose this one. I emailed a couple of BMW dealerships asking for a price quote on a custom build. They all started bombarding my inbox with generic, scripted, robot sales responses, and not answering my questions. Then Dennis Grant emailed me back from BMW of Silver Spring and actually answered my questions like a normal human being. There wasn't any haggling or dealership games. It was straight forward and didn't waste my time. I got the info that I needed, and knew what deal I was getting before I came in. So I came in and ordered my car at this location. Dennis is a great guy. I would recommend working with him.

    We had such a great buying experience dealing with the team at BMW Silver Spring. Joanna, our sales manager worked closely with us and gave us a great price and never once made us feel pressured. Once everything was done we setup an appointment to pick the car up. When we got there it was raining but they had parked the car in the service arrival area to keep it dry so we could cover everything. Such a nice little touch that was unexpected.

    They had all of our paperwork done before we got there and were in and out quickly. In the finance office there was no pressure to buy all the add-ons which was very welcoming. My wife gets a little uncomfortable in these situations typically but this time she actually was able to enjoy and have fun.

    They have a BMW genius to go over all the features and functions of the car which was very helpful because the car has SO many cool things! The entire experience is tailored around what you, the buyer wants to know and learn.

    I must say it's so nice to find a car dealer that goes against all the typical stereotypes that comes with dealerships. If you want a great car buying experience please don't hesitate to visit these guys!

    I had the best car experience ever and Mrs.Karen Herbert made all the difference!
    Karen worked with me very closely during my first BMW purchase.
    Her very natural, professional and friendly communication made me feel very comfortable to come to the dealership and

    consider buying the car. I was very impressed her knowledge, skills, experience, and professional advises during entire

    time - starting from my first call until I purchased the car.
    It is very difficult for me to imagine any better car buying experience then I had with Karen.
    She is very detail oriented and always ready to help with any questions and/or concerns.
    I also would like to add that all other personnel that I met in dealership were very friendly and professional also.
    I especially would like to mention James (Karen's Manager). I had a pleasure talking with him when Karen introduced him to

    me. He is very professional and has a great personality. I am very impressed that it is very important for James that

    customers leave the dealership happy after buying a car.
    I will certainly come back and proudly recommend the dealership and Karen to other people.
    BMW of Silver Spring has an outstanding team and Karen and James are both outstanding representatives of company.
