    Great car buying experience. I would highly recommend BMW of Murray. Stephen was awesome and made the whole experience super easy for us. He was very involved right from the beginning and he even followed up and stayed in touch after the purchase which was great. We were very nervous earlier to go for such a big out of state purchase but Stephen made the whole process seamless. Awesome job Stephen and BMW of Murray! Great staff!

    Seamless car buying experience! Tyler was extremely helpful and efficient helping me get the deal I wanted quickly. The maintenance staff was also very easy to work with to get winter tires installed. They also store the tires I’m not using depending on the time of year - cool perk. This dealership has exceeded my expectations, so far, of what a luxury car buying experience should be. Thanks!

    Ben Ostler helped me out a ton! Was an awesome experience buying my first car. Everything went smoothly and he helped with anything that I needed. He also made sure to go over everything with me and make sure I understood everything as we went through the process. Will definitely buy from here again!

    I needed recalls done the first appointment was 3 weeks away so I take it in for my 9 am appointment it was suppose to be done at 5.30 pm they called and said the had to overnight the part should be done the next day Wednesday no call. Thursday they said I could pick it up at 5 30 but I didn't get a loaner car so I have to find a way to get there. Now it's Saturday morning called 6 times to find out if I could pick up my car no answers. I called BMW pleasant grove find out if the service is open they answered right away. I feel like with 3 weeks notice for a recall part that they should have it for your appointment. Buy and service your BMW's at pleasant grove. To be fair their service representative did keep me informed with messages and they were honest and explained my cars issues well.

    Ben Ostler took great care of us as he guided us into a 2015 i3. It was a smooth process and the price was right thanks to Ben and Weston. Weston took the time to initially greet us and explain the i3 inventory. I have nothing negative to say. These young men were professional, courteous and honest. They were more than willing to ensure we were placed in the car we wanted. Please consider them and the i3 (so fun) if you're in the market for a different vehicle. I would, without hesitation, look at BMW once again for future purchases. This is my first BMW.

    I recently purchased a car from these guys. Really friendly but kind of sketchy. They couldn't figure out how to use the ipad system for signing contracts so we ended up doing it by hand. When we were finishing up I noticed the price was about 6,000-7,000 higher than what we agreed on. The sales guy assured me it shows up that way sometimes but it's wrong. I also signed up for a package deal at the end he assured me was a one time payment of 250. A month later I get online to see that my loan amount was 7,000 grand higher than I anticipated. Turns out the pack for 250 was monthly. I called and was told there was nothing that could be done. I decided it was my fault in the end for not being more persistent. After all I did sign the contract. But I did trust what they were saying. I asked if they could send me info on the 7000 package I purchased that I don't even want. They never sent a thing. Kind of disappointed. Pros are the car is awesome! Just find another dealership to work with.

    I typically have a good experience here, but today I had a lot of issues with my service. The parts department was less than helpful. Problem one, they ordered the wrong parts after I explicitly explained what was needed for my door. Problem two, they lost the quote I was given over the phone after I asked it to be saved. Problem three, couldn't spell my name right after I spelled it out over the phone. Problem four and most frustrating of all, zero urgency to get me out of there. I spent well over an hour there when this should have been a simple parts pickup for prepaid items and an order placement for one more. It might be time to find another BMW dealer nearby.

    Recently had a "service engine soon" light come on. Called BMW of Murray and was able to get a quick appointment. Jaris got me a new BMW X1 loner for the duration of the repair. Wow what a sweet little ride. I have nearly 100,000 miles on my car so wasn't surprised when they called with the list of issues and I'm a stickler for keeping my car maintenance up but things happen during 100,000 miles. A different body shop tried to repair a rear door handle with BMW parts but didn't get it right and Jaris arranged to have that fixed at no cost. I had the loner for over 10 days and that was NICE!! Yes, repairs on imports are pricey and I called around for quotes from local Indy repair shops which were only around a $100.00 less including parts but no loner. I've been coming to BMW of Murray for 12 years and will continue to use them for repairs and eventually a new BMW. Top class all the way around.

    Guess they aren't interested in doing sales today. Tried getting through to sales and the phone keeps transferring me to the menu, stuck in this cycle. I moved on. I own 3 bimmers, 1 purchased here and serviced too. To be fair, 3 months ago they did an awesome job keying into my x3, free of charge.

    Although their service department usually only does oil changes on Saturdays, they were willing to service our BMW on a Saturday when a radiator hose burst unexpectedly. Randall, the mechanic, was especially helpful and willing to work with us to get the car fixed and working that same day. We appreciated their willingness to help us out since we were from out of state and did not want to spend the weekend in Utah waiting for our car to get fixed.

    I would like to say I have had the worst experience with the Sales department and will not mention the representative who I worked with (Robin) but, he was not professional as he was too persistent in putting me into a lease new vehicle about $300 more than the Certified Pre-Owned vehicle I wished to financed due to having negative equity with my current X6. It felt as if he was patronizing my decision as to why I wished to have a payment of $300 less than the leased deal he kept pressuring me on.

    He told me he would call me back with better numbers to get me into the car I wanted to get into. This was Monday night and I have still yet to receive a phone call in regards to working a deal.

    Potential buyers, if you are interested in purchasing a BMW in the SLC area beware of the unprofessional sales associates. I would say on a lighter note that the service department is top notch and one of the best I have experienced.

    My husband and I worked with Ryan R. in sales and had a truly excellent experience! Ryan was extremely organized and had all our paperwork ready upon arrival, he went into detail regarding paperwork and answered all of our questions with patience, and he made the process easy and painless! He made us feel valued and we are grateful to have worked with him - we'll definitely be back for our next one!

    All I have to say is...WOW! I am honestly blown away by the service that I received with BMW of Murray, Financial and the BMW Service Department. The 5 people that I would highly suggest working with are: Joanna Rich, John Reynolds, Andrew, Colin and Jeff Jorgensen. From the first minute I walked through the doors of BMW of Murray 8 months ago, Joanna was there to greet and answer all my questions. I unfortunately was not ready to buy a vehicle at that time, but she made it easy for me to get information, kept me updated throughout the last few months. She would often send me updates on vehicles and friendly text messages, just letting me know that she is still thinking of me.

    Recently, I was able to move forward with a purchase through BMW Financial and the service, process and friendliness was outstanding! They went above and beyond for me by picking up my vehicle from my home in Draper, servicing the vehicle and even taking care of things on the vehicle that I didn't ask for, then brought it back to my home, before I even got off from work! John and Jeff were an absolute joy to work with as well. They were by far, the friendliest and most genuine people that I have met in any Auto Servicing Department. They were in constant communication with me and were always pleased to help.

    Thank you so much for giving me a outstanding customer experience!

    This has been the single greatest car buying experience I've ever been a part of in my life! I did not expect for the entire experience to be so easy and convenient!

    If you haven't had the pleasure of visiting these guys down at the Murray, UT dealership, jump on it! Steve is very knowledgeable, and very honest! I wouldn't have purchased my amazing new car without his world class expertise and advice! And Ben, the Sales manager, is now someone that I consider to be a new friend.. And that's just to name a few of them! I didn't meet one single person down there that wasn't very friendly, happy and extremely helpful!

    I have been to so many car dealerships, that I can't even put a number on it! But after coming here, and seeing for myself what all the hype was about, I can't see myself buying a car anywhere else - ever!

    I am so happy with my purchase, and constantly tell everyone that the experience was second to none!

    Thank you Stephen and Ben! You guys are the example that everyone needs to live by!

    We just bought a car from Ryan Roosendaal and we had a fantastic experience. Ryan was extremely professional and put us in the car that worked best for us. No high pressure sales tactics. He worked hard for us to get into the car we wanted. We will definitely buy from Ryan again and encourage others to do so too. You won't regret it. The others who helped us with the sale were great. Cameron from BMW genius was excellent to work with and the warranty folks were also great at explaining options. Very satisfied with the experience overall experience!
