  Miss Frankie Johnson was great! I went in for my 50K service and to change a worn out tire. She suggested an alignment, but was not pushy about it at all which is rare these days. She works quick, but she also took the time to answer any questions I had. Best of all, my car was ready within a few hours. Overall good experience this service trip.

  Best part, no haggle pricing and friendly, knowledgeable sales person. There is no going back and forth between me, the sale person and the sales manager. My sales person, Sam, was awesome. He worked with me to find the car with low mileage and price I was comfortable with. He and Andrew, in the finance department, were helpful, knowledgeable and made my car buying experience the best I've ever had. This is saying a lot because before this experience I dreaded buying each of the eight cars I've purchased in the past. I have no patience for the back and forth games dealers can play. This is a straight forward buying process with friendly and helpful people.

  I'm always impressed with the service provided by this establishment. They have not let me down. I've owned 5 BMWs and have travels the US. BMW of Fairfax got it right. Their service model is the best I've experiences since owning a BMW. I appreciate what they do and I hope they continue to provide top notch service to customers. Thank You!

  This was truly an exceptional buying experience. We recently purchased a BMW i3 from Rudy Herrera at BMW of Fairfax. Rudy was very responsive throughout the whole process. Frankly, I was very impressed with the level of service and attention since this was a certified pre-owned and not a new car. I was treated just as well as if I bought a top of the line 7 series. This left a very big impression on me. The dealership facilities are very nice and modern. Nothing like your usual used car place. In fact, it was better than many new car dealerships I visited before. All in all, we are very pleased with the car, Rudy's dedication to service coupled with BMW of Fairfax bending over backwards to help us get into our i3 with an incredible loan offer made the whole thing an excellent experience. We highly recommend BMW of Fairfax.

  I wanted to share what a tremendous asset Senior Advisor Frankie Johnson is to the BMW team. She provides genuinely personal attention to me any time I need service. Her professional and knowledgeable demeanor is second to none. When it comes time for the next promotion, bonus, or days off, Ms. Johnson needs to be at the top of the list.

  Senior Service Advisor, Miss Frankie Johnson, is the absolute BEST Service Advisor in the BMW of Fairfax Service Department! The professionalism and technical acumen she consistently provides has ranked her the Region's #1 Service Advisor by BMW of North America for her OUTSTANDING 5-Star Customer Service. She attentively listens to my concerns with my BMW and ensures all issues are resolved in the most expedient manner possible! I will only schedule my BMW Service with her and no one else! She is the ABSOLUTE VERY BEST!!! Ask for Miss Frankie Johnson as your BMW Service Advisor each and every time and she will ensure your vehicle receives the care and service it deserves!

  I highly recommending BMW of Fairfax! Very professional, very fast, excellent service and good price. Mr. Konrad Malinowski did great care of my car BMW 550M already 2 times. After more then 100 days that my car was in BMW of Alexandria and spent over 20 000$ for service, BMW of Fairfax resolve my car problem in 1 day and less then 1000$. My worst nightmare was that I took my car to BMW of Alexandria.

  This is the best BMW shop around, Miss Frankie Johnson was such a great help! They get the cars in quick and send you on your way with your car fixed without any problems. They don't try to nickel and dime you for thing you don't need like some other shops.... I will always take my M5 back for more services as there needed

  Petr was absolutely fantastic to work with. He helped me find the exact M3 I was looking for, even though it wasn’t in stock and there were only a couple left of the East Coast! This didn’t deter him, he searched, found it, and never once made any notes that a vehicle in stock would be easier. Petr wiped down the whole vehicle during delivery, even after I said it wasn’t necessary. The attention to detail and excitement he has in finding your new vehicle really set him above his competition!

  This is not the first BMW purchased from BMW Fairfax, they are the leaders in the word quality! I will return again and again! Mr. Boush, Sales Rep. and Ferris, Finance Officer are extremely professional, very caring, giving superb memorable lifelong customer ultimate dream experience! We are still excited to the max!   I had a great experience with BMW of Fairfax. Rudy was the person i interacted for the transaction, and he is such a pleasure to work with. He made all the arrangements before i arrive and also took the time to pick me up from the airport.
  
  They were extremely helpful in letting me know all the details and the experience was a memorable one.
  
  If there is anyone looking to buy a CPO BMW i would gladly point them to BMW of Fairfax.

  When they did my state inspection, I was told my rear tires barely complied. Since they only have 17k on them, I asked why they don't last long and was told because they had never been rotated. Since the car was bought at BMW Fairfax and always serviced there, I asked why they were not rotated. The answer: "That is not part of BMW service." Nice, huh? Of course, they did offer me the opportunity to buy two new tires at 400+. I have been satisfied with BMW of Fairfax, but the company just had a big down tick with me.

  I have been taking my 1997 BMW Z3 to BMW of Fairfax for many years which is why it runs like new. And, I know of no better customer relations person than Miss Frankie Johnson. From the inspection of the vehicle to a warm handshake when I pick up my car, she takes care of everything. Glad to write the review and will be happy to return next year for superb service!
