Richard O'Loughlin and the rest of team at BMW of Bridgeport made our recent purchase a great experience. He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicle's features and took the time we to make sure we were comfortable with all aspects of the purchase. I would definitely recommend both Richard and BMW of Bridgeport!

Poor service, Every time you go there for fixing one thing they will find 10 other problems, which you never see in you car, after you're done with the service, now you will find some service lights on.
They will charge you so much for the labor the same labor who forgot to reset the service light or didn't even do the job and forget to cover everything. When you tell their supervisor now they will offer you how about I give you a car wash or how about I give you $100 credit towards your next to service, yippy spend $1500 that's what you hear, Man I'm not going to come again to that place.
I will be uploading some pictures of my car and the work that was done then you will definitely decide not to go there.

I have been bringing my car to this dealership from the time i bought it. They have you work with your own service advisor. Mine is Bernard, he is very professional and honest. They treat you with alot of respect and explain repairs before they are done. They offer courtesy loaner cars for you to use while your car is being serviced. The loaner car are always 1-2yr old and are fully loaded with all the options. They also offer a 15% loyalty discount for repeat business. I am very pleased with Bernard and any other person that helped me. This dealership makes me truly feel that my BMW is the ultimate driving machine!

Overall great experience. We went in on a Friday and was greeted by Luis. Unlike many car pushy aggressive car salesmen he was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable. He walk us around the parking lot and explained in detail everything you could ask about each car we looked at. We weren’t ready to purchase yet so we decided to schedule a meeting the next day.

Next day we came back and went through the process. Everything was painless and we walked out with a 2018 BMW X4. I would definitely recommend Luis to all our family and friends.

I was shopping for an X5 for a few months, I did my homework and finally settled on the options I felt were a must. I Did a search and found one 5 hrs away in Maryland that fit the bill, negotiated the deal to the 1 yard line over the phone and email. I then Drove to BMW of Bridgeport (had a very similar X5 but 20 min. Away! I figured if they would come close why drive 5hrs) Walked in and meet Vincent Ruocco, my sales rep. We sat down i told him the deal i had on the table and was very up front with him. In return i was very pleased to get an honest straight forward sales guy. He spoke with who he needed to and came back with a price i couldnt refuse, the first time no back and forths! I never had to ask once if thats the best you could do, it was a great deal and a very transparent deal too. Vincent was great in every way I never felt pressured it was a great experience all the way around. THANKS VINCENT for everything, I would recommend to anyone in the market for a BMW go to BMW of Bridgeport and ask for Vincent!!

Brought car in for repair, per manufacturers recall. Was told it was a "sit and wait three hours job" at most. That was nearly a month ago now the silliness with this dealership started. A three hour repair resulted in the dealership breaking the wood dashboard while trying to replace the airbag and then not owning up to their error and trying to strong arm us into taking $100 compensation for the damage they created; of the head of service said it wasn't negotiable. Wow, really?

Last I checked there is insurance for such issues and our attorney and BMW corporate in New Jersey concurs. Now the dealership not only has to contend with the truth being known by readers and dozens of people who've witnessed this but I can say with a fact that their frugality and short sighted approach has lost two repair opportunities from neighbors and one sale from a professional colleague. This will continue and anyone who reads this and other reviews will see clearly the dealership is far from trustworthy and professional, this the shining beatitudes showroom to wow you with instead of quality customer service!

Rest assured we will NEVER buy from them or suggest anyone do so for stunning reasons and our auto body shop and regular mechanic concur based on their tactics. Clearly if something breaksu and is critical like an air bag this is between the manufacturer and dealership to deal with, not at the cost of the customer and should be resolved between them that way, not at the cost of a customer!

In conclusion, don't think about buying here if service matters to you. They are not customer service oriented in the least and I was told "this is not negotiable" from the head of service, per the owner. Pretty sure that says enough about what you're walking into if you dare shop here...

Oh, did I mention that they're great at returning your car without the keys, breaching contract by trying to take their loaner "in the dead of night," and parking your damaged car behind other vehicles of yours so you cannot go anywhere for days? Yeah, funny, right? It's called intent to harm and lawyers line up on contingency for this sort of approach, especially when combined with police harassment as that's what the dealership tries to do when you don't accept the repair as complete.

More to come I'm sure but as of now the dealership called the police, was forced off our property due to trespassing, and the police won't get involved in a civil matter. BMW Ridgefield actually tried to make it look like we stole their loaner as a means to force us to sign off of the damages they caused to our "three hour repair." Funny thing is, when they were forced off our property they left the car door to the loaner and windows open so check out those photos as I'm sure the rain will soon be an interesting addition to the non-negotiable situation they're in with us. Surely it will wash away this nightmare as logic and reality descends...

Lastly, the dealership via Yelp is also asking to all the sudden - no thanks BMW of Ridgefield. I'm going to let other reviewers, the legal system, a jury trial, and my review show the truth about your treatment of customers. Let's see how that route goes and let the rains wash away your unprofessional practices.

Hey, don't believe this could possibly happen, go to the Stamford docket and look at the civil calendar to see how BMW of Ridgefield and Bridgeport (same owners) treat their customers. The attached photos will also illicit some nice insights, the offer to pay us to NOT speak on social media via a gag order is hilarious so let's see what a jury says and see how that settles the matters of difference.

Not exactly the friendliest people, especially the service center guy. I was ready to just ask him if he didn't like his job he can find another.

Worst BMW dealership I have been at. The technician had no idea what he was doing. I paid for an hour diagnostic and for parts to find the problem still exist. Then they wanted two more hours for diagnostic. I believe the saying goes, fix it right the first time. It took them a whole week to actually fix my car.

2 weeks ago i leased my BMW 330 XI from BMW of Bridgeport and got a great deal! Car drives great and has some really great features. Was coming out of an Audi A3 and wanted more features. Worked with both Ramon and Obaid and both could not have been more professional. We worked numbers on all the cars I was interested in and test drove all as well. Some dealerships don't take you on the highway, but BMW of Bridgeport does! Just another great way to get a feel of the car. The closing process was really easy and they even canceled my old plates for me. Definitely recommend people make them a stop in your car search!

Great experience in ordering a new M240i. No pressure, worthwhile test drive, all technical questions answered with legit and detailed answers- just the right way to do business. I highly recommend you check in and request David Baylis as a sales advisor. He's an experienced professional with full credibility of a real car guy.

reliable customer service with candies, snacks, tv, soda, coffee and magazines available if you need to wait longer than necessary. They take time to explain what your car underwent. Tip: to ensure you get a courtesy car, book your appointment ahead of time.

Unbelievable, positive experience! Their service department is second to none! John Olavarria is the kindest and most professional service advisor to deal with. He cares about you and your family, not just your car. His attitude makes dealing with BMW a rewarding experience. He alone, would be my reason for buying another BMW. Everyone at this dealership is great. Very happy customer!

Couldn't ask for a better car buying experience. Salesman wasn't pushy in the slightest, very helpful. Worked with me and was able to get my exact needs met. Everyone i came in contact with was knowledgeable and honest. They really take care of their customers and make buying a car fun. The car I purchased was a 2000 BMW "M" Roadster. The car was delivered to me in immaculate condition, every detail was cleaned and the car looked brand new even down to the engine bay. I couldn't be happier with the car. over the last 3 years I have bought and sold 11 vehicles from Audis to Jaguars to Mercedes, I can say without a doubt this BMW M is my favorite car. Any time i need a vehicle in the future, I will surely be using BMW of Bridgeport.
