Jeremy did a great job on helping us to find our favorite vehicle. He acted kindly and professionally during the whole procedure. We had a great time and experiences in BMW Bellevue.

(This review for sales department.)I recently bought a 2 series and it was agreat experience. Luck, my salesman, was super straightforward. Honestly this was the best car negotiation I've ever experienced. yes, there was of course give and take/back and forth, but it all was super reasonable and no slimy tricks I've seen elsewhere. Nick (bmw genius) was also fantastic in answering questions and helping to clarify some of the options. Both Luck and Nick were super responsive in answering questions, as well as pro-active in letting me know about status updates as the car made its way from Germany to here. Final icing on the cake was when I took delivery and they had arranged for the car to be hidden under a car cover for a surprise unveiling. These guys are first class.

We came in to test drive both a 535 and 335 . Mike did a great job of shuffling around multiple cars over two days for us to drive with zero pressure or sales tactics. The buying process was similarly easy and fairly quick. One of the easier car buying experiences I've had.

The quality of the work was good. The price was high, but I expect that at the dealership. My main concern was the amount of time it took. I had an alignment and new tires installed. It took five hours. I was told it would take about two hours, so by the time the four-hour mark came, I asked for an ETA. It took an additional hour from then! And to top it off, I didn't get any updates from my service adviser. In fact, when I asked for an ETA, the service department said the adviser "wasn't at her desk and wasn't picking up her phone." Very frustrating.

My BMW 2013 135is was in for a routine service. I was assisted by Sacia who was efficient, personable and polite. Later my "regular" guy Matt also assisted me. He has an amazing recall about the services that have been done to my car. And he's such a nice guy.
The young mechanic, who worked on my car, can't recall his name, really knows his stuff.
The guys all treated me like a queen. Who doesn't love that?

Brought my daughter's 2003 325i in for a recall, first time coming in. Jen was great, service was great, beautiful dealership and comfortable waiting area with beverages and snacks. Service was done an hour earlier than estimated and my daughter's car is nice and clean too from the complimentary wash and vacuum. Thank you!

I bought my 2004 BMW at this dealership. Throughout its 13 year life, this dealership's service department has been consistently dreadful. I've had a service adviser ignore me, despite my showing up on time for my service appointment, while he flirted with a female customer for 15 minutes, while I was seated right outside his cubicle. When I came back to pick up my car, he was on a personal call, yammering away, with legs up on his desk, and ignoring me. Thankfully this SA is gone now. I've had airbag recall appointments canceled twice after the adviser said the parts were in-house. On the final appointment, after keeping me waiting over an hour, the SA told me that my airbag had been given to another customer. On another appointment, the SA hard-sold me on the unnecessary and expensive fuel system cleaning (AKA wallet-vac). On a visit to buy new tires, the SA argued and debated whether or not I was eligible for the 10% discount in their ad. Now, I need a new battery, and I've tried for two days to even get them on the phone to make an appointment. The receptionist transfers me to the service dept, which rings and rings then gets forwarded back to her, and she asks me which department I want. How can a business not have a method for customers to reach someone on the phone, or at least fall back to a receptionist who will take a message?

What is especially galling is that the utterly incompetent service manager sits cloistered in his office, staring at his computer screen all day, while customers are clearly having a bad time, and he's done absolutely nothing to improve the quality of his department. He really, really needs to be fired.

Guys, you just lost a $70K sale. I bought my new BMW at BMW Seattle.

I took my car in recently for service, new brakes, oil change, and for a recall. They were efficient and did a good job with the car from what I can tell. Jen was very helpful, keeping me informed about the work done and they made sure it was ready at a time that was convenient for me since I live outside of town. The car was washed and vacuumed when I got it back which is always a nice touch. I don't ever feel like I'm being sales pitched to do a service that isn't immediately required which is always a plus when dealing with cars.

This dealership has good service and staff, great communication, and have complimentary car wash with service which some dealers back home don't have. Unfortunately I feel that their service prices are higher than I'm used to back in Southern California. I believe that's because there are so many BMW dealerships in the vicinity of one another back home that competition is stronger than it is here in WA. Either way, you can't beat dealer service.

Special thanks to my SA Jennifer R. Exceptional customer service.

It could be better, my radar sensor was good when I drove in for the regular service maintenance, but one of them fall off when I pick my car. And I asked to get it fixed, but after that it still falling off after I arrive my office, so I have to go back again and leave my car over night there.
The second day I was told I have to pay for it if a new one needs to be ordered, but I really cannot understand why because by the time I drove in, everything is in good condition.

And finally they use glue to put the sensor back on, and I was told this is by design stick using glue. I need to use my car for the long weekend, so I decide to just get my car back, I'm pretty sure I'll be in a bad situation if it comes out again, should I just glue it by myself or pay for a new one what I didn't break?...

And I asked more than 3-4 times that my tire pressure is low, and I have to ask again after I pick up my car and then put some air into the tires, which is not a big problem.
The folks outside of the office are wonderful, they helped me to put the air, they're polite and I'm happy with that. But from the service itself, It could be better, much better, especially when i see the sign on the wall saying "custom should just put their cars here and we take care of everything".

Oh my, the engine sign start flashing after 2 days of the service...

    Great service!

I'm very happy with the car I just bought. The sales person Amon Mende was awesome and attentive. He made sure he communicated with me when my plates were in. They have a concierge service to help you with any questions you might have on your car and I was able to use this when I picked up my plates. The manager was friendly (I don't remember his name) and wanted to make sure I walked out happy with my new car.

You get 4 years of complete service on your new car. You also get car washes and your car vacuumed out when bring it in for service or maintenance.

Called to make a reservation for a 10k service/check-up. Was told that if I dropped my car off in the morning it would be ready around 5pm which I thought was ridiculous - my dad owned a repair shop for 30 years and said it'd take 1-2 hours MAX if they were half diligent. Asked if they could provide me with a service rent-a-car which they said they could not - apparently all cars were booked for several weeks. They compromised by saying they could provide shuttle service to destinations within 5 miles from the dealership and expedite the service time to a few hours vs the all-day endeavor.

Went in for the 10k service/check-up days later. Dropped off my car at 10:45am which was when my appointment was. Was informed by the service advisor that the car would be ready by 2:30pm which I thought was reasonable - BMW Northwest promised 2-3 hour turnaround time but I went with Bellevue BMW as it's a bit closer to where I live.

Took their shuttle service and killed a few hours. Afterwards, they arranged a shuttle to come pick me back up at 2:30pm - they were right on time, perfect. When I got to the dealership, I was told that they were still in the process of working on my car and would take another couple hours to add an extra layer to my breaks/break pads to reduce squeaking noise that I had mentioned to them earlier in the morning. I was not happy but was willing to stay to get everything resolved.

I waited patiently in their lobby until 4:30pm - 2 hours from when they initially said they would deliver the car. Still not ready. The car was finally ready at a little past 5pm. To make matters worse, I was told that they had gotten my car mixed up with another and that the extra work they were supposedly doing to reduce the squeaking noises from my breaks was NOT DONE NOR NEEDED... I'm not entirely sure why they needed an additional 2.5 hours as they didn't make any alterations to my breaks ....

    Conclusion
When you're buying a BMW or comparable car in terms of price point, you definitely expect better service. In total, the whole endeavor took over 6 hours. If you're going in for service and you're not from around the area, expect to spend the entire day at the dealership or around the area. Bring a phone charger, food and your work with you. Bought my vehicle at BMW Northwest in Fife and had it serviced there once and I can say that BMW Northwest is far superior to Bellevue BMW - from my few experiences with them, BMW Northwest will go above and beyond what is expected to deliver the results customers want. My family has also had much better experiences with Mercedes/Lexus dealerships around the area. To make a long story short, Bellevue BMW is an Average Joe shop disguised as a luxury car dealership/service center.

    Pros
    Shuttle Service was on time
Service advisor was nice and friendly

    Cons
Service was ~3 hours late than scheduled car delivery time
No service rent-a-car available for weeks
Shuttle only takes you within 5 miles of the dealership
Lobby/kitchen was lacking compared to other luxury car dealerships

Today we visited the dealership and we was very happy with the customer service. We have been taken great care of.

Michael, our advisor, helped us to identify the best fit for us (model, options, etc.) and walked us through different cars to compare.
We got all details we needed.
This is how the customer service should look like.

Great experience with the Bellevue team. It was the end of the year and the dealership was busy but my sales guy Jared made sure he answered all my questions and provided top notch service. They did a great job getting back to me in a timely manner and valued my time/business. Got a great deal and feel 100% satisfied. All I need now is a red bow... or a Blue/White one.

We purchased a new BMW X1 and had superb help from Alp. He was very knowledgeable and when I described what I wanted in my new car he knew exactly which car would meet my needs. Also, he was very
helpful in answering questions and showing us all the differences in the packages you could select.
When we purchased the car everyone was very helpful and the process went smoothly. Alp emailed with the specific documents to bring and that really helped to speed up the process.
I have nothing but excellent ratings for Alp and the team.
