  The food was absolutely great but the service here is terrible. I stood at the take out counter for ever while two employees talked and one even took a personal phone call while I was waiting to pick up my food. One of our orders was also wrong but it was still good.

  Food is good, but a little pricey for what it is in my opinion. Never really had a bad experience at this location. Craft beers are decent. Pizookies are delicious!

  The food is great. The drinks are great. The environment is great. The food is a little pricey but delicious. Great for groups and great for sharing. Unfortunately BJs has non-specified rules for happy hour pricing. Be sure to double check before you order because they will not honor it. I feel this is a sneaky practice and I will not be returning because of it.

  My experience at the BJ's in Arlington highlands is awesome! Most of the time I come here to pick up to-go orders before work and never had a complaint. I recommend this BJ's!

  My father-in-law visits the Allen location often and says its great, so we decided to try the one in Arlington which is local to us. The service was horrible. Our server Saul S (#116) was horrible. Our order was completely wrong and Saul argued that it wasn't, it took over 30 minutes for him to bring us 1 shot of vodka and the first appetizer that was ordered came 10 minutes after everyone was finished with their main meals. We spent over $70 here and it was not worth it.

  In from NYC for a work trip and decided to try pizza down here. I was very impressed with the delicious thin-crust from BJs. Fast and friendly service too. Will def hit them up again when I am back in town!

  Food is hit and miss. Service is MISS. Sorry but bad service makes any food taste bad. They need better management I suppose

  Love this restaurant! Casual dining, and the food is so good! I had the bacon cheeseburger with BBQ brisket, and I was in hamburger heaven!!! Very upbeat atmosphere, and the service was great. Had a wonderful time!!!

  Service was horrible - waiter didn't even know happy hour special. We had to ask her to go find out and after she "checked" it still wasn't clear. Menu is way too big and confusing. They need to simplify and figure out what that are good at. Burger was very greasy and fell apart. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

  Came here for a banquet and there were probably 30-40 of us. I believe they gave us 4 pizzas, pasta and salad. We were told it was a buffet so of course the food would disappear a lot. By the time I made it to the pasta it was already gone and had to be refilled once again. After eating about 2-3 slices of pizza, I waited for them to replace the food. However, for some reason, they stopped refilling the food and only returned about 30 minutes later for the cake. I was pretty disappointed as I only got to nibble on the scraps of pasta left behind and never got to enjoy it. Decent experience, but the tables were too close to try to get to your seat without bumping into somebody's chair. Also, we were very loud as we were a large group and I could see the annoyance on the other guests faces. This probably ruined a nice dinner for many people and it felt uncomfortable to see their faces glaring at us.

  We had a birthday dinner for a party of about 20 last night and luckily, we didn't wait very long. Nevertheless, our server Kennedy was extremely rude and unprofessional. As she was putting out the drinks, I reached for one that was right in front of me and she snapped at me and said, "No, that's not yours. That's the other persons." So I put it back and when she brought the rest of the drinks she still skipped me. Then, I had an order of barbecue wings and when our food was coming out, there was no barbecue, only buffalo. The person bringing out the food (not Kennedy) said very nicely he'd get us our right order, but then our actual server came back and said "I'm pretty sure you ordered buffalo, but I'll get you the barbeque." I feel the comment was unnecessary and rude, and even when we asked her to change the channel, she had an attitude about it and never changed it. Overall, our food was good but the service was extremely poor. :( Disappointed

  We had a birthday dinner reservation at our local BJ's in the Arlington highlands. They told us we needed to have 80% of the people there before we could be seated which was at least 15 people. When 15 people arrived, we went in and they changed it to 90% and said 20+ people had to be there. So, we all waited near the bar for two hours until they told us they gave our table to another group. When we asked why they said they didn't want to seat us because we were disruptive. They wasted two hours of our day when they could have told us in advance to leave. Overall, the experience was bad and unprofessional. The ladies were eyeing us the entire time and the workers were obviously talking about us. The least they could have done was politely tell us that they gave our seats up. Not only was it a birthday party for our friend so her day was pretty much ruined , but there were 20 people waiting.

  Such a fun atmosphere and the food was perfect! I love the family-style dinning and the wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The nostalgic decor made for a great ambiance and I loved that the wait staff even danced for us on occassion. So yummy and so fun!

  Amazing dinner and overall experience! The only criticism is that it's overall very bustling and fairly loud. The food is creative and so good! Our server, Taylor, was superb! She knew the menu, made great suggestions and helped make the experience extra special. I would definitely go back and very much recommend to others.

  My family and I celebrated a birthday here on a unusually busy Thursday night. Although the place was packed the wait was not very long, the service was great our server Ricky was very patient and helpful. Lastly the Parmesan Crusted Chicken was delicious! I swapped out the broccoli for asparagus, choose loaded potatoes over the plain ones, and asked for extra Chardonnay sauce to pour over and it was perfect. Definitely worth every penny.
