Upon my initial arrival very much not impressed!
The first impression of beer I asked for local breweries and was suggested Ford a Guinness... Big time not impressed. Once our food and alcohol had been arrived must say the mood quickly shifted into favor of BJ's!
Came in during a shift change which is most often an unexpected time for people like me to arrive but must say extremely impressed once the wave staff had shown their true abilities.

Even though they were extremely busy today the service was great, the waitress was extremely attentive to her patrons even through delays in the kitchens. She was great at quick chats with her patrons while not leaving any unattended to. The food was perfectly done to my expectations and exceeded them. I normally can become impatient fast yet despite how busy they were and the kitchen computers falling behind a bit, I did not feel the anxious gnawing of impatience once. Amazing job!!!

Service was great. The food was a very unfunny joke though unfortunately. Maybe we just ordered all the wrong things at the wrong time but will not be going back there for food again.

Great service 30 mins before close on Tuesday night. Drinks were tasty and strong. Mediterranean chicken tacos were amazing! Restaurant was spacious and clean. Would def return to try the brews.

Service was great. Food was good. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because your specialty drink prices are entirely too high. Seriously $9.50 each???? We went to Morts last night, had great martinis, and they were $4 less. That's pretty much how they make their money. You serve food, so no need to rape people on drinks. Stop serving the asparagus too. Little tiny burnt thin pieces of asparagus is disgusting!

We recently had a death in our family and after the internment we had 2 hours before the funeral. 30 family members decided to go to lunch together. We suggested BJ's . I called BJ's on our way over and explained that 30 people would be there in about 10 minutes. When we got there BJ's had tables ready for us. I also told them we had to be at the funeral at 2. We were served and fed and left by 1:30p.m. We had outstanding service and the food was delicious. Lauryn was our head waitress and she was so efficient and gave us exceptional service. I was so very impressed that they were able to accomplish all that with smiles. I want to thank them so much for their patience and incredible service. I would not suggest doing this to all them all the time, but at a time when we were not sure about how many people would be coming or what was going to happen, they made it incredibly easy for us. Thank-you so much!

The new GM here is great and so is the food! Was helped and taken care of with a small situation from last time with no questions ! This place deserves to be a 5 star feel bad for the bad reviews because I've been coming here for a long time since they first opened and I've not once had a problem! Great place to eat!

BJ's does a great job on flavors and variety, but today my wife and I tried their Pita Tacos. She had the Mediterranean chicken pita taco and I had the Maple glazed salmon taco. The flavors were very good but their menu photos of the salmon taco are extremely deceptive. It shows a fairly decent size finger of salmon, but what I got was absolutely dismal in size. The honey glazed walnuts in each taco were larger than the measly chunks of salmon. When eating the two, I could barely detect salmon in the tacos. The walnuts were actually the main ingredient in this taco. Likewise on my wife's Mediterranean chicken....very little detectable chicken. I will never order either of those items again. Don't make the same mistake as I. And the whole grains side dish which comes in a small square bowl, is an excellent blend of flavors and ingredients but the amount that they put in the small bowl, leaves a lot to be desired. We left still feeling pretty hungry and joked about maybe grabbing a drive thru hamburger somewhere, on our way home.

Went early and was seated immediately. Ordered way to much food but it was all flavorful! Normally I'm just as happy to cook at home because the food will be flavorful. But dining at Chesters was a pleasure to my taste buds! The duck starter was delicious and could be it's own meal! Then a pear salad.

Good food and fantastic root beer. Service is good. The last trip was not the best. Very slow service. We eat here often and this was the worst it had ever been. Usually service is good and fast.

Went there for the first time last night (on a Thu) and the service was amazing. None of us EVER had to ask for a refill, and with my boys that's really hard to keep up with. Mozzarella sticks are probably some of the best in town. Don't go here for the steak, get a pizza or pasta otherwise you will be disappointed, but the pizzas are great. I had the sirloin and it wasn't worth it. My husband had the jambalaya and enjoyed it because it was on the spicy side. My son had chicken fingers and we shared a small pizza. The mozz sticks and pizza was the best. The Ultimate Top Shelf Long Island Ice Tea was ON POINT! Good experience overall, and really enjoy the atmosphere. Very open, booths are HUGE, and we still felt like we were in our own space. They handled having my 14 month old there like champs. I will return.

You really can't blame the servers for the terribly slow service from the kitchen. We had 3 children in our group and waited over an hour for our orders. The menu looks impressive but the the food is mediocre at best. I have visited BJs off and on thinking it was just a bad night, not the case. Really not sure why people like this place as much as they do.

Was expecting more than burgers although the food was really great. The drinks were well made. The service was very good.
