    They just tried to steal $2000 dollars from me, and now are forcing me to go to my bank to fill a dispute form out via fax and wait 45-60 days for a refund, HOPING I won't follow through with all the tedious work! What SCAMMERS!

    The worst furniture store ever and the worst customer service! We had a warranty on our mattress that we purchased that completely fell apart long before the warranty was over. I was told to speak to a woman name Aimee who emailed me once and then ignored all of my following correspondence. I guess that's what they do to keep from standing by their warranties. Do NOT buy furniture from this place they need to be shut down by the Better Business Bureau!!!

    Large showroom. They will let you look around without following you around and asking questions but will be there if you need their help. Go to the very back room for great sales.

    Decided to go through here just to browse. They had me sit at a table while they went to find prices. Came back with $1900 for a sofa I liked. Then came back with $1400.then $1300 if I would purchase today. Of course I didn't! Really high pressure. Uncomfortable. Feels like a shady used car dealer scenario

    Wishing I would've read the reviews first before I ever stepped foot inside the most shady establishment in Las Vegas, and that is saying a lot.

    All the reviews you are reading are true! 100%

    I could tell you my long personal horror story but let me save you some time.

    *Furniture came damaged
    *Furniture came late
    *Sales associates seem great until your furniture arrives late and damaged and then they don't want anything to do with you, when they were so nice and helpful while taking your money.
    *Liars
    *Scammers
    *Crooks
    *Cheats

    And every other bad name in the book. If I could use explicit words I would be using several of the worst ones, however I wish for people to see this review and avoid this place like the plague.
    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

    Bought a brown bed. Got a black one. Sales manager yanked me around for two weeks, first saying it only comes in one color, then it comes in 2 colors (but apparently not the color in their showroom). They refused to take it back. Don't waste your money with this horrible place.

    Spoke with the Sales Manager ART and I can honestly say worst customer service ever. They actively try to rip customers off as much as possible. Buyers beware, don't get scammed by Bigs Furniture or ART, the sales manager.

    There's other ethical companies out there.

    No stars for this one but no choice to rate it zero, so I was forced to give one star. Furniture delivered was damaged. Replacement that was promised to take less than two weeks took more. They don't answer their phones, although you might get lucky with an email - maybe. Sales Manager is rude, unprofessional and lies to your face even when caught. Most staff are also rude and unprofessional, with maybe the exception of a couple of sales staff. They are nice when they sell to you. Once they get your business and you encounter problems, good luck in having it resolved. If you want to be aggravated, this is the place for you. They literally don't care about their customers - see for yourself on Better Business Bureau - there's a ton of complaints filed against them! Never have I seen a company do business the way they do. I have canceled my purchase transaction and am just waiting for them to pick up the damaged furniture and issue me a full credit. My advise, save your sanity and your money - go somewhere else. This place is not worth your time, effort and $$$!

    Save your money and PASS THIS PLACE UP!! Manager Jeff is a lier, as is customer service staff. After 2 deliveries we still have a broken chase on our $2,000.00 couch. We are told it is a design defect with the manufacturer, yet they refuse to refund our money, and Manager Jeff does Not return calls when he says he is going to. We love the couch, except the fact that it is broken. When you buy NEW furniture you expect it to not be broken and if it is, you expect the store to deliver one that is Not broken or refund your money. THIS PLACE HAS DONE NEITHER! Manager Jeff and customer service only deliver LIES AND BROKEN FURNITURE!!

    I didn't read reviews tell after I had made a down payment on bedroom set. I did get a little nervous but I decided to continue with it because well I told them I was going to buy it so I stuck with my word. Well I'm not disappointed one bit. I worked with both Edith and Jeff and didn't have any issues. I even found that there online price was cheaper then what they had quoted me and they gave me the online price without any issue. Deliver came when I scheduled it and the guys that installed it were good too. Zero issue with the whole experience.

    Horrible customer service. Don on Sunset all but cursed me out. Their job security must be great because he has absolutely no fear. I paid cash and he said I could take or leave the furniture because they have been paid. They aren't members of the BBB and it's impossible to find a corporate number. Lesson learned. I will NEVER return there!
