Poor customer service!
Terrible financial institution. The fees are outrageous and customer service terrible.
Is there a reason Compass Bank can't take a few minutes to put the hours each branch is open online?
Instead they say "call the branch to find out."
That is pathetic. I want to find out which branch is open the latest as I need to make a late deposit. Am I supposed to call every branch of the bank?
Is this what they consider "customer service?"
