Always greeted with a warm welcome and super fast service. They go above and beyond for customers. I’m definitely happy with them. I’ve been banking here for almost 4 years.

Went in to cash my paycheck that is drawn on this bank and THEY CHARGED ME $8.00!! It is their own check and I had to pay them to cash it!! That is absurd!! It smacks of double dipping since I am sure they have some sort of fees for the checking account to begin with. If this was not bad enough they called my boss to confirm that it was my check because it was Saturday despite the fact that it was made out to me and I had multiple forms of identification not the least of which was my state issued drivers license, SERIOUSLY!?!? The weekend is the only time I have to do my banking because they have, dare I say it"Bankers Hours" what if she had not been available?? I would not have been able to cash my paycheck (which I was paying $8.00 to do) on the only day I have that I can go to the bank!! The entire situation was beyond ludicrous!! I was considering moving my business because I did like the woman that my boss dealt with when opening the account at a different branch, definitely NOT happening now!
