Simply...awesome...I am a conceirge....this is the best place to rent a car. They have met some guests at the train station. My guests were thrilled and the car was great and clean. I will go thru this company...owned privately...before I would use one of the big companies....This place gives awesome customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you!!

The lady who picks up the phone, would not answer any of your questions appropriately. I wanted to know about the availability, kind of the car and price but got no help. Some people don't know what their job is.
