B&T saved me after a botched epoxy flooring job from another company put me behind on opening my business. They came in and fixed the problem quickly and professionally! I am forever grateful!!

A professional, reliable, competitive specialty flooring contractor is how I would describe B&T Contractors. With 37 years in the resinous floor industry I can say with confidence that B&T is among the best contractors nationwide. In a nutshell they have the "whole package" meaning they have the experienced crews, office and warehouse facilities, trucks, equipment and sales experience to provide the best this industry offers.

It comes down to people. The B&T crews know the flooring industry and execute the plan, every time. Ed Stover has over 16 years experience meeting with plant, facility & engineering managers as well as direct building owners. His ability to access the site conditions, use of facility, capabilities of various product sources and then put all that through through the filter of expectations and budget is "spot on".

I work with dozens of contractors nationally and B&T is at the top of the list. A great choice to consider when looking for a concrete floor coating or resurfacing solution.

Approximately 2.5 years ago, B&T was selected to do the entire floor of my brand new engineering and manufacturing building - 8,000 SQ feet.

The shop floors (5500 sq ft) are epoxy mortar system with a urethane top coat (3/16" thick) and the office floors are a metallic epoxy with urethane top coat. (1/16" thick)

The contractor had issues with both floors and they re coated both the office and the shop. While they did re-coat the floors, it was a very painful experience getting them to take responsibility for their mistakes.

The shop floor had lumps all through it and when questioning it, the sales rep (Ed Stover) stated that is just the way the floor looks and nothing was wrong. I did not accept that answer and went to view a couple local floors done by the same company and those floors did not have the issue. (BTW, both of those had also been re done for various issues)

So, with some challenging discussions (arguments) they agreed to re do the shop floor. Prior to them doing so, we discovered the top coat had not bonded to the base coat and was peeling off in large sheet sized pieces - it's a good thing this was found before we moved it!

The office floor is a high gloss and when initially done, the contractor did not take proper measures to clean and chunks of dust and debris was found all throughout the floor - it looked terrible. Again, they re did the floor and it was better but still not awesome.

The cost of this project was near $50,000 which included a top vapor barrier coat to protect from under slab moisture.

We now have bubbles all through our office floor and the contractor has blamed it on "excessive moisture" event though a $15,000 moisture barrier was installed by them.

Our shop floor has held up well, the office does not look good with these bubbles all throughout and the seems have the filler squeezing out. The rep stated they had a problem with that filler material and no longer use it but we are stuck living with it.

The sales rep has a very poor attitude and blames the customer and the environment for his mistakes and does not take proper responsibility.

This is not a floor contractor I would recommend or use in the future. Do your homework folks and be sure to check around and see who passes the buck.
