  Outstanding service, I would say. I did not know whom to call. But when I received their phone number and called to book an appointment, the concerned person took my address and told me to wait for some time. Within that, they came to my location to help me out.

  I experienced the worst car lockout in the middle of the night. I was scared of getting mugged. I tried calling several locksmiths, but only B & M Auto Locksmith gave me a prompt response. Their technician arrived within 10 minutes. He explained to me about the locking system and repaired it. I was so happy.

  I was charged $29 for the visit, $100 to have lock removed from door. So I decide 2 have new lock installed. I was charged a total of $200 for less than a half hour process. He also did not clean the shavings left by the drillings. I could have brought deadbolt & knob lock set for under $25. If it was after hours or real emergency situation I would agree with charges. By anyone's standards that was an overcharge. I noticed their vehicle had NY plates & the company charge accordingly to a NY economy. Business was less than mile from my home.

  I called for emergency lock services for one of my neighbors that was locked out of their building with their small child in the freezing cold. The woman who initially took my call was nice, and courteous. However, when the technician called I missed the call. He called my neighbor and told him he was on the way. After waiting over an hour with these people standing in my hallway to keep them warm I finally call back. The way we were treated was inexcusable. The man told me he was refusing service since we contacted multiple other locksmiths we clearly stated the other companies did not respond and or could not help at that time. I was hung up on multiple times and told to stop calling. This man was desperate and you left him and his child to freeze outside. Disgusting!

  I called B&M locksmiths to enter into my apartment since I had lost the keys. Their technician arrived quickly and opened the lock using the master key he had brought. The next day, he sent a duplicate key without charging high. 5 stars.

  It was unbelievable to get a locksmith in just an hour of calling since most of the companies refused to send one. And, it was an overwhelming experience since he didn’t charge so high for changing the outdated locks. 5 stars.

  I am happy that I called them to install locks at my new apartment. Their locksmiths came on time and installed a strong locking system at the front door of our house. Highly recommended.

  Excellent work! B & M Auto Locksmith repaired our front door lock/handle within a very short period of time. The price was fair, and the workmanship was marvelous. The professionals even explained to me, why it didn’t work or why it was falling apart. 100% satisfied with their work. Thumbs up!

  These people were very awesome! Arrived on the same day I called them, and perfectly repaired the old and damaged locks of my home at a very fair price. Great service. I’ll definitely hire them in the future too!
