  Los carros están en burn estados, pero cobraron por tolls y eso que yo utilicé mi propio sunpass! Cars are nice but you will get extra charges. I used my own sun pass and they still charged me for tolls?!?! On top of them checking my credit!

  I've never had a better car rental experience. The customer service was excellent and our car was very clean and practically brand new. The whole process ran smoothly. I'll definitely rent a car at this location in the future.

  Been a loyal customer of this Avis facility for over 8 years. I'm a frequent weekend and sometime weekday renter, however I've gotten to know the team there and we're good friends.
  
  Whenever I book a car, it's always ready, clean and of the current year. I do admit that I've been given cars that were questionable, but for the money/value, I've had many really nice cars to drive. Thank you!
  
  My favorite brand is Ford, however there are times when they don't have those cars and I get upgraded. That is the nice surprise and makes me dance all day.
  
  I like renting from Avis as I don't have to worry about maintaining a car payment, insurance, gas, insurance, repairs, etc. That money is well spent on other luxuries.
  
  This is a great team and great location. Get to know them and they will take care of you. :-D

  Called for a quick check to see if they had the car I saw online. A staff member said he would have to check and put me on hold. I hung up after being on hold for almost 20 minutes. I wanted to rent a mustang for 10 days. Easy money. At least I thought so.

  This is the second time I have rented from this facility. Its location within the Palms Shopping Plaza is ideal I can walk from the hotel to collect the car and return it. The location of the rental pick up and drop off at the rear of the office is a little odd but it works. I find this to be a quiet location and have never waited at all. The cars are clean and the staff friendly and pleasant.
