I am very pleased with the professional work done by Rob and Robert. Both of these gentlemen took the time to answer all of my questions. Great work all aroundstarting with the phone call, as well as, notifying me precisely when they would arrive. I give the "thumbs up" to a job well done!! I will be referring service to others .

Very professional, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and affordable! The vents in our house had never been cleaned in the 20 years since it was built. The before and after photos are astonishing! I can tell, too, because I woke up this morning without a headache for the first time since the start of allergy season. Big thanks to Jeremiah for all his hard work!!

These guys are the most professional ac guys i have encountered. They are well uniformed, no smell and covering their shoes while working. With masks of course. And whatever mess they make while cleaning, they clean it! Very affordable, unlike others that charges too much like they will take your leg. And now that vents are clean, my allergies stopped. Will definitely use them again. Keep up the good work guys!

A crew came out on Wednesday to clean our air ducts. They did a good job and they were kind and professional. I am giving a one star review for the costumer service I have received since then. They broke a pipe, which I believe was probably accidental, and it has left a big water leak in my closet through the light fixture. Google shows they are open 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. I called at 7:20am to report the leak and get someone out here to fix it. Nobody answered so I continued to call. A lady finally answered the phone, who never even said her name, and she was so rude to me. She answered saying "We are not open until 8:30." I told her that was not reflected on google. She was so very rude and short with me. I hung up and waited until 8:30 to call back. I called back and got her again. She told me she would not send a crew out unless she saw a picture of the broken pipe. I explained I have a baby at home and I cannot go into the attic to get a picture, and I did not have access to the picture my husband until he had a break at work and could see my text requesting the picture but I needed her to send someone out. I asked to speak to someone else and she refused to even attempt to connect me, She said she's the manager and there's nobody else I could speak to. I have never written a google review before and I like to give people the opportunity to make things right, but I cannot stress how incredibly unprofessional and rude this woman was to me. We are small business owners and take pride in treating our customers well and this woman has no business being in customer service. It's 9:00am now, I have no A/C upstairs bc I cannot run it due to the leak and I have no answers in sight and no other choice than to call back and speak to this rude woman again who absolutely refuses to allow me to speak to anyone else. I told her "I cannot believe you speak to your customers like this", and her response was, "This is policy,"

Highly recommend duct cleaning for their friendly staff and wonderful service! Very responsive staff helped me booked and send me a confirm message at first. He was very professional and had knowledge, answered all the questions I concerned and help me understand the system.He also show me before and after photos. I cannot imagine how dirty my heating system was and how wonderful job . I will be very happy to have him for next service!
