Dress warm. It's cold in the ring
If you want to completely look foolish go ice skating!
The indoor ice skating rink is open year-round and offers ice skating on NHL regulation ice.
Beautiful football and lacrosse field outside, basketball court, pool, skate link, indoor turf, gym etc indoor.
Great place to test your might plenty of challenging activities which is sure to work you out.. Also the bar upstairs is cheap!
Plenty of parking and never crowded. I like it because it's spread out. Some of the machines are getting old, though.
On 1/11/12, I was here to swear in the new class of workers for NYC's Department of Sanitation.
Enjoy a seasonal activity by skating a few laps around one of the center's two ice rinks fully equipped with NHL regulated ice. Find out about other places to ice skate in NYC on MetroFocus.
The Adult Flag Football Leagues here are well run and worth your money!

In the snack bar there is a Hot Nosh Kosher vending machine where you can get a potato knish served hot. They're pretty good, for a vending machine, but it's worth buying one for the novelty.
Wear a jacket or coat...it gets cold
Great upstairs bar for cheap prices.
