I am from South Carolina and ordered flowers for my aunt's birthday in October. I was able to visit her later and was pleased to see the arrangement was as pretty as the picture. Delivery was great!

The vase of flowers i ordered for a relatives funeral was tiny and ugly! I was shocked and embarrased.....my thinking in ordering a vase was that the family could take it home or leave it at the church to honor the deceased. I pictured a ten to twelve inch white vase with greenery and a few......3 or4 white or yellow mums or lillies.....tasteful and sophisticated. What i saw was painful and embarassing.....tiny clear cheap container....about 4 to 5 inches tall ( looked like a pickle jar.......no greenery......jammed tightly.....child like.....in a dome shaped nosegay of every color of a gaudy rainbow! I have worked in floral design and as an Event Planner....large scale art exhibits.....weddings....galas....and orginization events.....so i didnt have unreasonable expectations.....im still smarting from the sting of sending such a cheesy tiny piece of crap......nothing like the pics on the website.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and the arrangement I chose was nothing like what she received. When I called about it, the owner was condescending and unhelpful. She kept talking about "price point" but I am not a florist. All I am concerned with is whether or not the flowers _look_ similar to the online photo and description. The one I ordered had 7 roses and the arrangement my Mother-in-law received had 2 roses and several other funny looking flowers that were nothing like what was pictured and described. Definitely will not use this florist again. I am very disappointed with the arrangement and how the issue was handled when I tried to follow up.
