  The customer service representative by the name of Gina was very helpful. She spent quite a while going through ticket options and how to make it possible for myself and my friend to travel with our pets. She was unbelievably patient and extremely nice.

  Update: It’s now Aug 2 and still no reply from Avelo Airlines. They’re awful. I’m so disgusted. I do not recommend using this airline!
  
  They were good in the beginning.. I canceled a reservation in June and did not receive a pin code with travel fund info. I need it to book a new trip. I e-mailed customer support on Jun 16 and still no reply as of today, Jul 11. Yesterday I called and was on hold for over 2 hrs, heard a ring then call disconnected. I love flying out of Burbank, but I'll take LAX over this hassle.

  Cheap! But the bag/ticket situation is a mess. No automated kiosks at Burbank leads to massive lines to check bags and print boarding passes. No online options for bag tags adds to issues.
  Boarding the plane was a little hectic and the flight was 30 minutes late taking off.
  Landing in Oregon we had to wait on the plane for 10 minutes because the ground crew “was a little short handed” and couldn’t bring over the jet bridge immediately.

  Thank you Avelo for making a quick getaway from Montana to Disneyland and Universal Studios a safe, quick, affordable reality! At $48 round trip, we were able spend the weekend in the company of Mickey Mouse, the Avengers, Stormtroopers, Minions, and Dinosaurs instead of the usual ho-hum.
  
  The online ticket buying experience was easy to do and hassle free. $10 for a checked bag is a great deal. The coolest part was when we decided to add a day to the trip at the last second, we found there were NO fees to change the flight. That was very nice.
  
  Our ground crew in Burbank was friendly and professional. There are some bugs to work out with the speed of the bag check process, but at these fantastic fare rates, I don’t mind one bit.
  
  Our inflight crew was just as great, and the little complimentary snack pack was yet another welcome surprise to add to the experience.
  
  We will no doubt be flying Avelo again in the near future. Can’t wait!

  First time flying Avelo. $19 from Santa Rosa to Burbank! The flight was smooth, the staff friendly and professional. Arriving in Burbank, we got our luggage 1-2-3. Returning to Santa Rosa, it took 45 minutes (STS step it up!). VERY pleased with Avelo & this new service! Also, I called customer service to change my ticket and there was no charge. They picked up the phone right away. The guy was SUPER helpful and nice. I feel like the old days of flying when you could connect with real life people who care! Thank you so much!!! ❤️
