I have had a great experience in my few weeks living at Avalon. The staff was very helpful during the move in process and even offered to stay a few minutes late to make sure I got moved in. The community is very nice, as well as the gym. I love being within walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, and more. I have had nothing to complain about.

Love this place, especially the townhomes with attached garages. These are the best that I can find in the Montg county. Leasing office is awesome - everybody knows my name and greets me. The best thing is the way they receive and log packages.

I lived here for over a year back in 2013 and I am back here again. Both times the maintenance was performed in a quick and professional manner. Each job was done cleanly and efficiently. Everything was repaired or replaced and when they left you could not tell they were even there! Excellent service!
