  My husband and I were looking for a used truck and stopped in at Autos Direct. We were greeted by Masi and shown some great vehicles, they had a lot to choose from! We ended up purchasing a beautiful Dodge Ram Longhorn edition. It is immaculate inside and out and we absolutely love it! Masi went above and beyond to get a replacement key fob for us when we broke the first one! We greatly appreciate the professionalism and help that we received from Masi. Extremely happy with our truck and glad we had Masi as our salesman. Thankyou!!

  Thank god for Autos direct! I had a Cadillac that I traded in and drove out with a nice beautiful F-250 truck! My payments where perfect and I put less down then what other dealers wanted. Masi was my salesperson and he did a great job from beginning to the end! Thank you so much Masi! God bless you and Autos direct! 10/5 stars!

  I would most definitely suggest you go to Julius he's is just spectacular. He is very sweet and charming these guys are amazing. He was really patient I had horrible credit and I was in tears when he got me approved for a sl 500 it was my dream car every where else they would charge me an outrages price but Julius saw that I needed help and he told me he was in my position once and I loved them. Very great customer service I didn't even have to leave a comment but for this guy Julius I had no choice I'm so grateful for him. If only the world had more people like him. So if your at autosdirect make sure you ask for this guy Julius first desk to your right :)

  I went to just look at my options for buying a vehicle I knew my credit was going to be a problem but Julius made the whole process as fast as possible & as easy as ever! I also got the vehicle I wanted! He played with my 3 kids to help keep them occupied & Just overall made the whole thing a good experience for me. If you go to autosdirectva definitely ask for Julius he will make your experience painless!

  Problematic cars, sketchy business, and unprofessional service. Purchased a used car 3 months ago with 33k miles. After 1,000 miles of driving, repairs totaling $1,050 were necessary. I broke down on the side of the road, and when I went to change the flat tire (the symptom of the rear axle being bent) the spare tire didn't fit on my car so I had to get it towed. The tags were supposed to be mailed to me, and after 2 temporary tags (1 month each) I called to ask about them and sure enough they were just sitting in the office. I asked for them to be mailed, and one week later I had to call back to find out they were still sitting in the office. I've probably called about 10 times total because of all of these issues - they usually tell you that they will call you back and that has never happened a single time. Just today Eric told me to call back in an hour and when I did, I was informed he had left for the day. I just wanted a reliable car and the past 3 months have been filled with money flying out the window and a ton of stress about what the next problem with this car will be. Would not recommend to anybody. Wish they would go out of business because nobody should have to deal with this awful experience.

  Recently bought a new/used car here. Alex was extremely helpful, answering all my questions with out giving me the run around. Before I even got on site, I told Alex I had poor credit. He gave me all the heads up I needed before being on my way and told me what to expect from the banks should I go the route of financing. It may not look like a brand new car dealership when you walk in, but that's because they can keep all the costs down by having less overhead. That's better for you!
  
  Alex was the key to my car purchase. He maid me feel comfortable in my purchase and my new path to rebuilding my credit. Very sharp guy for his age. He showed us the car I was getting and checked for a lower price between here and D.C. Alex put me in a car that I can be confident with, and should the man still be selling cars when I finally need another one, I'll probably hunt him down. Thanks overall to the whole team there, they brought my father a cold water bottle when he had been out in the heat with me looking at cars, which was just a really nice thing for them to consider. Thanks again AUTOS direct!

  Liars and Crooks. Bought a $17,000 vehicle that needed brakes within 30 days and a couple hundred miles driven. Was told they would take care of me, after 3 weeks not being able to reach anyone I was told it was sold as-is and brakes aren't under the extended warranty I bought. Was also told the bank agreed to no payment for 60 days, 2 weeks after buying I got the invoice for the 1st month due 30 days after purchase. Worst experience ever, I had a bad feeling before I signed but didn't follow my gut. Don't GO Here. Warn friends and family.

  I came in nervous and anxious. Not knowing exactly what I had in mind. But as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with smiling faces and charismatic personality. A sales representative " Cameron Wilson" helped me out incredibly. He was calm insightful and full of good suggestions. I fully recommend stopping by autos direct in Fredericksburg and ask for Cameron. Definitely worth it!!!

  Cameron Wilson was a pleasure to deal with from the time I walked in until the time I left. I found his non-pressure approach, his professionalism, and his amazing customer service a major factor in my vehicle purchase. He also helped me get approved which was a life saver! Overall I'm extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase and recommend to call Cameron when you are in the market for a vehicle!
