Customer service suck. I've called 3 times and been put on hold. For the split second that I heard a live voice, before I could finish saying what I needed she said hold please and places me back on hold. This call lasted 8 minutes before I finally hung up.

This was my first time here. There's no signs telling you where to go or what to do. Seen several employees meandering around not one would come and ask if I needed help. Please post signs letting first timers know what to do.
